[Yukikoto is the capital city and nerve center of the Snow Empire, it was discovered by the migrant refugees from abandoned ninja villages and unburied through years of hard work and co-operation. Yukikoto is slowly being rebuilt from the frozen ruins that were left from a culture long dead, while the remainder of the Glacier that once entombed the classic metropolis looms overhead as a large crystal ice dome. The Sun never truly shines on the streets of Yukikoto.]
