Death of a Hero [KUMOVENT]

[ \Sakura Hiroba | Kamiza | Yomi/ ]
The capital city of Raikou no Kuni, nestled between mountain peaks in the center of the country. Its altitude and location lead to common snowfall, though it is not necessarily cold throughout the year, clear days often leading to be as warm as summer. At the southern end of this star-shaped city lies a great stone bridge spanning a large lake, connecting to the road back down to the rest of the world. The home of both the Daimyo and Kamiza, the Onigami Compounds.

Open to Hanya and Raika; Event will be formally opened to others following the opening posts setting the plot.

"Omoi, wake up."

Muttering under his breath, Otoha slid out of bed and onto his feet, the dull glow of his Solar element radiating from his flesh to light the room. He had woken to the sound of a shrill beeping from the other side of the room, and upon crossing, he identified the source of the annoyance as his comm unit, flashing incessantly. Fighting the urge to crush the annoying device into little more than scraps of plastic and metal, he raised it to his ear, fixing it in place. The shrill tone was that of an emergency broadcast, if he remembered correctly.

That was new.

Things had been rather peaceful since he had taken the role of BOLT Commander; it was about time something happened. Keying open the commline, he listened quietly, glancing at Omoi over his shoulder in the large mirror attached to his locker. He forced a smile, despite the grave news flowing into his ear. His eyes flicked back towards his own appearance for a moment, golden spheres with dark flakes dusted throughout meeting their reflection. He looked... different, that much was sure. His encounter with Tsubasa in Soragakure had left markings much like those of his bloodline, harsh black designs coating his chest, neck, and face. A touch of narcissistic pride; whatever else the markings had done, they had certainly done their part to adjust his features, a fair sprinkling of sex appeal thrown in. As far as the tattooing went... he'd been using the excuse that he had simply been keeping his bloodline's boosting technique active, a form of training via living under a constant chakra strain in order to adjust.

"Get dressed. We've got a situation."

Tugging open the locker with one hand, he reached for the comm unit with the other, keying to a separate frequency, that of the lower ranked BOLT Operatives. He spoke swiftly, while dressing.

"Operative Hachiman, report to my room for briefing. Come prepared for battle."
Push your care, push your burdens aside, erase everything inside and leave just one thing on your mind.

Sapphire eyes opened at her beloved's voice, glaring across the room at the irritating noise coming from his comm device....

But she sighed softly and sat up, stretching her arms over her head, a subtle flow of Souton causing her BST-Suit and equipment to appear on her body, her BTM hanging at her hip. A brief raising of her eyebrow at his forced smile as she stood, once again studying the subtle changes to his body just as he studied his reflection in the mirror....

Then she crossed the room after her beloved, listening as he called for Hachimon while she softly nuzzled his neck, partially phased to remain out of the way as he dressed.

Gentle hands tousled his hair into place as she placed a quick kiss on his cheek, sapphire eyes meeting the reflection dark-flecked gold, a soft smile gracing her lips despite the fact that they would soon be headed into battle.

"No one dies, ne?"

It was his old house, but it was so different now. There were no people going in and out, there were in fact no noises other than the sound of his snoring, and the incessant beeping of a simple headset that laid on his desk, blinking a dull white as it emmited a piercing shrill sound.

"Mommy, I just want another cookie..... Wait..... Son of a...."

His dream had been cut short as the sound finally made its way into his inner brain, ripping him out of his much needed sleep. Rolling over he grabbed the earpice, moving a few locks out of the way to place it in.

"Operative Hachiman, report to my room for briefing. Come prepared for battle."

The voice was clear and obvious, as was the message. Something was going down. Something serious. Sitting up and shaking his hair out, he quickly grabbed a rubber band and tied it into a long ponytail before swinging his feet off the bed and landing almost as lightly as a cat. Biting the tip of his thumb, he drew blood and wiped it across all three strips of gauze on his left arm. Under the normal summoning puffs of smoke, a black, grunt issued BOLT Tactical Vest appeared on his chest, complete with the bolt symbol emblazoned on the back in some non reflective type of engraving. On his legs, a simple pair of shinobi pants appeared, complete with weapon pouches containing both weaponry and medical supplies, a lesson well learned from his BOLT training. Checking his equipment once, then twice, he brought an extra pair of kunai, just in case, and headed out.

Within minutes he arrived in Otoha's room, ready to hear what kind of situation had stirred them from their sleep in the middle of the night. It wasn't every day that something triggered the emergency line, the last time he could think of one was years ago, just after he had graduated, when the village was attacked. Remembering the carnage and damage, he hoped that wasn't the case, but even if it was, it was his job to deal with it now.

His Duty.

"I just received a report about an invasion into the treasury," Otoha explained. "Small team, highly skilled. It seems like a small miracle that they were spotted at all. The most recent report suggests that they're still inside, so our mission is to head in after them, hopefully cutting them off inside the vault itself. Based on how easily they infiltrated the village, and the treasury itself, it sounds like they're closely familiar with the layout. If we should for some reason fail in the capture, there isn't much of a chance that we'll find them again."

Two fingers pressed against his left wrist, he released a soft flow of chakra into the dark seal inked into the flesh. It spread like wildfire, covering his flesh in its entirety for a moment before his BOLT gear emerged, unsealed and firmly set in place. Reaching into the locker, he retrieved his weapon case, which was quickly strapped to his back, and a dark, armored long-coat, which he slipped over his shoulders.

"Move out, no mistakes."

Upon arriving at the treasury, the team would quickly and silently work their way through the hallways, coming across a surprising lack of opposition, from friendlies and foes. Otoha would eventually call the team to a halt before the main vault, oddly closed. Growling under his breath and tearing his mask off. "Omoi, phase in and get the door open. Ian, hold to this room and make sure nothing that isn't one of us slips in or out."

And when the vault finally opened... it appeared untouched, devoid of life. The Commander stepped inside, discarding his mask in a corner while he looked around. "Money's all here... strange."

The door was relatively easy to unlock, all considered... or she just had a knack for figuring out how things worked? Who knew.

But when her beloved tossed aside his mask, she had it in her hand in an instant, sapphire eyes narrowing in mild annoyance behind her own mask as she crossed the distance to him and snapped it to the holder at his hip.

If the air in here became contaminated, he would need it.

Still, though... where were the enemies?

A subtle flow of chakra phased the filters in her BTM, letting her scent the air.

"Omoi, phase in and get the door open. Ian, hold to this room and make sure nothing that isn't one of us slips in or out."

Ian nodded in understanding of his assignment. No mistakes was an obvious, and though he didn't seem it, his purple eyes were trained on every detail of the hallway, from the white walls and ceilings to the tiled floors. He was looking for crack, leaks, footprints, anything that could have given away an enemy presence, but he saw nothing, just the now two of them stading on the outside of the vault. His ears picked up a few clicking sounds and within moments the door opened. He scanned the inside of the room and then returned to the outside, making sure they weren't being set up.

"Money's all here... strange."

Indeed it was strange. There was no trace of anyone there, no trace of even the slightest of disturbances. Just who had sent in the alarm? Who had the ability to do the kind of infiltrating that was described? And why...

"False alarm?"

"Maybe... maybe not. Keep your eyes open out there."

His nostrils flared as he sniffed, taking in the scents of the area. Clean, very clean... it didn't seem as if anyone had been within since the last time a cleaning crew had cleansed the vault.

He had known that, of course.

Otoha snapped his fingers, projecting a sheet of Taiyon energy across the entrance to the vault, creating a barrier to lock Ian out, for the moment. He turned towards Omoi, arms open for her approach, a surprisingly willing embrace if one took his recent distance into account.

"It's interesting, you know. For such a secure area, the vault itself is unmonitored. It is, without a doubt, one of the sole locations in the village where one can be entirely certain that there are no... unwanted eyes or ears. It took a bit of work, but I managed to secure the area for a bit tonight, in order to insure we could speak freely."

His grip upon his beloved tightened slightly, possessively, his nails imprinting tiny crescents into her suit. Further down, past her own familiar scent, there was another, faint yet lingering. "You've met with Kaitou," he murmured. That was, of course, part of the reason that he had sought out a secure area. The nature of their turncoat friend meant that they couldn't often discuss him, with the kill-on-sight orders persisting. "Could you deliver a message for me?"

Omoi cocked her head to the side at her beloved's words, her BTM phasing off of her head to its attachment at her hip as she slipped into his embrace, hugging him closely, a hint of possessiveness in her own embrace as she softly nuzzled his cheek. It had been far too long since he had been the one making the first move for affection....

"A message? Love, I've reached the point in my research where we can save him, I've just been waiting for a time when we can both go after him... but he's running out of time, we have to get to him before winter comes."

She hugged Otoha closer, swimming in his scent and listening to his heartbeat and breathing, all so precious and dear....

The simple snap of Otoha's fingers, and the resulting barrier was nothing new to Ian, he had seen it once or twice in his life, but every time, it served a purpose greater than what it seemed. This time, it was a means of privacy, a moment of peace between him and his "Subordinate". Still, Ian knew nothing of Otohas ploy to simply hold an unobserved conversation, and so he stayed vigilant to his duty, keeping a steel eye out for any changes.

After a moment, he took a few steps forward, trying not to pace. His blood was excited, feeling the rush of an assignment, but the silence and calm put butterflies in the pit of his stomach. He didn't like the feeling of the unknown, and silence was definitely the unknown.

Where are they....

"You see, love, the thing is... I don't care if he runs out of time. All I need is for you to deliver a message, one that I'm positive he won't miss."

Twin bursts of black energy would tear free from his hands; at such close range, locked into his embrace as she was, little could be reasonably done to avoid it. He would step back, tossing the body aside with hardly a care in the world, laughing softly at the sight of the blood washing across the floor, around his feet.

"I've had more than enough time to study your weaknesses. You think with your heart more than your head, or you'd have seen the signs. Your phasing is utterly useless against energy-based assaults, as well. Considering that half of your chakra network seems to be splattered around the room... and you won't be regenerating to follow us."

Otoha's apperance would change slightly, his golden eyes dimming until they were nothing more than pure black spheres, seemingly devouring what little light the room had to offer.

"No worries, though. I'll signal Raika as I leave... you'll survive. Just be sure that Kaitou gets the message; I hate when other men play with my toys."

A long, slow laugh, before turning towards the barrier coating the entrance, now an abyssal black as dark as his eyes. A snap of his fingers, and it vanished. He called out into the outer room in Draconic, a short phrase to reactivate Ian's encoded brainwashing. Nothing as simple as the Kumogakure anthem, this time, nothing one could accidentally activate.

"Take whatever wealth you can carry. No sense in leaving all the spoils to your... friends."

Otoha reached into a pocket of his long-coat, drawing forth a simple black box, unmarked save for an off-white panel on the front. A small flow of chakra into the panel, a vicious grin towards Omoi, and a devastating explosion would rock the village, the main gates blown to rubble. Moments later, a flood of warriors would burst through the opening, assorted ranks of ninja, samurai, and wandering mercenaries, anyone who would kill if the pay was right. A golden energy rising around his body before fading away, snuffed out by the oppressive darkness, Otoha exited the vault.

The Kinryu had fled, unable to survive within so corrupted of a host. The Black Dragon had risen once more.

Kumovent, open.

In the midst of the dark night over the Kumo, just moments before its history would be dyed darker forever more, a solitary figure was seated on the edge of a tall residence building, casting the occasional amber glow that illuminated the clouds of smoke around her. Momona couldn't sleep, there was an itch in her ears that not even a cold shower could soothe, and with her curly white locks still drying and dressed only in a t-shirt and shorts she had come out for a breathe of fresh air. She tossed the cigarette butt off the roof and lit another before the spiraling cherry sparked out on the street below, taking a deep drag and glaring accusingly at the dim horizon. It might have been the cool air, smoke, or change of scenery that made her feel slightly better, but the itch seemed worse as her ears rattled in the eerily still air. When she and her twin had these feelings before, their father explained it was their forest instincts detecting what "city folk" often could not; one of which was the "hush" of lurking disaster. The only sound within the village was ten minutes ago when a BOLT operative went skirting along roofs to a destination, not a particularly unusual sight neither was it comforting.

Momona shook a few drops out of her hair while holding her cigarette with the other, leaning off the side so not to dampen her worn-out sleep shirt. Her eyes were only half open but somehow transfixed on a point at the edge of the village that at that very moment erupted with a brilliant flash. Momona spat her cigarette out with a shouted curse, toppling off the edge and fortunately catching it before falling the five stories down. The buzzing of the shrillest soundwaves zapped her ears, and by reflex she folded them down just as the booming roar of the explosion's sound rattled the windows all around her. Despite her above-average size, Momona hoisted herself back up on the roof with ease, staring slack-jawed at the orange and black plume rising from the village gates. Her ears now found that sound they had been reaching for all night; the snarling cries of raiding mercenaries charging into the village.

The white-haired Koromi tossed her head back and forth, almost at tears as the night of her mother's death followed the shock of the blast. "Oh [badword], oh no, not again!" she weeped to herself, nearly in hysterics--but suddenly snapped from it by the lights flickering to life from all the homes around her. The village alarm was sounded, and instead of regressing into the tragedy of the last raid, she forced herself out of the self-pity. The village needed her, she was the strongest in her little neighborhood and a well-known Genin for Kumo. Replacing her fright with duty, she went dashing down the stairway and to her apartment to suit up for battle.

She would do her part to lessen the tragedy this time around. After all, she had no one to lose now.

Nihon sulked in the streets as he wandered around his old stomping ground.

Nostalgia…

Was this what it was like to be home?

Everything familiar yet it didn’t quite seem the same…. In all honestly he really didn’t realize how long he had been away.

Coming across the ‘eviction’ notice on his apartment, it was almost funny that he was locked out… Not like it would be hard to break back into his residence, although he felt it would be dishonest to do that. He could only speculate how upset granny the landlord was in his disappearance. He forgot how often she worried about him. Maybe he should get her a present next time, or maybe actually pay his rent on time... yeah she would like that.

He felt foolish for leaving…. For chasing the organization ‘a world with no boarder’.

All this time with no leads, no nothing… It was like they didn’t exist. More than anything he wanted to destroy the group that took away the greatest person he had ever met…. As much as he would like to lie to himself he knew that defeating them wouldn’t bring Fei back… But he knew somehow taking them out would make him feel better…. Right? It had to.

Chasing his own selfish goals, he completely bailed and dipped out on his friends.

He knew where they were…Most of them still resided in the village, only a few steps away…. Yet they never felt so far from his heart.

Just disappearing out of their lives, like that… How could they just accept him back?
Somehow his thoughts always fell back on Penni…

She was apart of the reason why she wanted to locate ‘AWWNB’…
He knew her relationship was her father was rocky at best.
But somehow avenging her father’s death would bring her some comfort and rest-
Yet in chasing his goals he only alienated himself from her and made him absent from her life.

. It was a never ending spiral of guilt…

and all he wanted was to make her happy.

“Shits Messed up…” His head tilted lower than his voice.

His old stomping grounds, once the happiest place from his childhood, now a place that only made him feel regret.

He was feeling low. More than anything he needed some company, some cheering up.

In the whole village full of friends there was one person he could always turn to.
A Teammate, A Life Saver, A Sensei. She was all those things and more. A Figure of strength, A person who was always there…A Friend.

It was funny how is endless wandering brought him outside of her suit.

Impulse took over his body as he leaned over to grab a pebble from the street and throw it at her window.

It landed with a clack. “~Hey Omoi! Wake up!” he called up.

He waited…. “I know you can hear me!” he shouted in the form of a whisper.
He knew she had extremely good senses… she was a dragon after all!

“…. Hey if you don’t get down here Im going to take up smoking!” He knew it was a threat to get her attention.

…Yet still no answer. He didn’t like it. No answer, no response, it made him feel uneasy. Was it a sign that she hated him? That they weren’t friends anymore? Nihon had the hardest time accepting that.

He had a feeling that something was wrong. “Wellshe always told me to trust my gut…” he muttered to himself convincing himself that breaking into her apartment would be the best idea.

It was only a few well timed jumps before he made it to the open window slowly slipping through. “Hey, Omoi? You there?” No response.

The suite was large enough for two people, and was a lot messier than he expected too. The lighting was dim but he could see a flashing red light on an end table… A communicator? Like a cat in its prime he slinked through the apartment without a sound reaching the devise with ease. Placing the device to his ear he flipped it to the echo channel, in hopes to catch part of the last sent frequency.

___________

…A Break in?

Could it be A World with no boarders? Even if it wasn’t it still sounded like a task for BOLT.

He practiacally flew out the window.
Running like the wind… well that was his trademark.
Nihon wasted no time rushing to the vault.

His lungs burned and the muscles in his legs felt like coconut jelly, yet he still pressed on only slowing down as he approached the open vault…

What was going on? It everything felt wrong, yet he couldn’t stop himself.

Looking a head he saw a violent flash of blackened crimson as it painted the room as a familiar girl lied in the middle…

“Omoi!” he shouted. It only took two leaps before he was beside her. “Omoi?” he voice was soft like a whisper. Hekneeled down by her as he rested his hand slightly on her shoulder gently as if he was waking her up from a sleep. In those few second of contact his hand already caked in her blood… He couldn’t believe his eyes... This was bad.

The draconic phrase snapped Ian into the same state that he had jumped to briefly in his last night as a "Yuki Shinobi". Again, just as before, the iris of his eyes expandedd and then contracted, enlarging the purple color of his eyes and shrinking his pupils until they took on an almost evil form. The chakra within him bubbled and festered, but within the seals of his Bolt Tactical Vest it was cocntained, his energy signature at almost zero. The barrier of light that separated him from the vault room blackened and disappeared, allowing him to enter, where his almost casual steps around the body of one of his mentors gently echoed within. For a moment he looked down at her, her eyes wide to the ceiling and breathing ragged and labored, she was alive, but what kind of life was that?

"Take whatever wealth you can carry. No sense in leaving all the spoils to your... friends."

With a nod he reached his hand down, gathering some of Omoi's blood on his finger before wiping it across a single arm band on his other arm. In a puff of smoke three large containers appeared, to which he shoveled as much of the money as he could. Bills, gold, anything he could grab he did, and when the three bins were filled, he pulsed his chakra, and they disappeared. It had only taken a moment, and when he stepped out of the vault Ian watched as Otoha touched the trigger button, the resulting explosion lighting up the night sky and sending a shockwave across the entire village, tumbling nearby buildings and sending debris in all directions.

Fitting that the Hidden Cloud would find itself just that, hidden in a cloud.

Her green eyes flicked open gently as the first rays of sunlight peeked into her window. Osen rolled over, ready to start her day when she saw the time on her clock read 4:30am, well before the sunlight should be up. Almost in answer to her mental question, the very ground began to rumble and within seconds hhe glass in her window was blown back into her face, cutting it and sending her diving to the ground. As the initial burst subsided, she looked out of her now free window to see what looked like a giant mushroom rising at the villages main gates.

"Oh Shit... Oh shit oh shit Oh shit...."

She scrambled to her feet, blood dripping on her face, and she grabbed everything she possibly could, kunai, shuriken, her sword, everything. She had the stuff ready at all times, just in case she ever wanted to leave the village, but this time, she would be trying to save it. She knew that if there was an explosion at the main gates, then someone was attacking. She had been nothing but a child the last time it had happened, but the carnage, the suffering, all of that was burned into her memory. Back then she could do nothing to help but help evacuate, her body weak and weary from the sealing process, but now she was able to help. She could lead, she could fight, she could make a difference.

"Might as well use the new exit"

She jumped out of the open window, wiping her face as she went. The cuts on her face had almost healed themselves already, and landing on a nearby lower rooftop, she watched as what looked like an army poured into the village, weapons held high and yells echoing to the sky. It was a fearful sight, instantly bringing back every memory she had ever had of someone dying. As she thought about protecting HER village, the chakra in her bijuu stirred, pulsing around in her body and quickly flooding her system. If she wanted something, or cared about something hard enough, he would help, as long as it was what she truly desired.

"Well, well, well little Osen, how will you deal with this..."

Shock had shut down all emotion for the moment, all focus on only one action.

Survive.

The wracking pain, the inability to move about, the dizziness of blood loss, the ragged breathing, the pulsing heartbeat, the coldness.

Survive.

Survive. How could she survive when she was fading so fast?

Survive....

Just one moment... just until the next moment.

...survive....

Keep breathing, keep living, don't let that heart stop.

She had had to spend the night in the Medical Department, much to her irritation, after Tsukiyo stopped her with piles and piles of paperwork that she'd been neglecting.... She'd had to send a dragon to Ryuuchi saying she wouldn't be able to make it home until the next day.

As the sun was rising, she was finishing the final page, setting it atop the pile and leaning back with a sigh, closing her eyes....

The room trembled.

Brown eyes snapped open as an explosion rocked the village, shooting out of her chair and opening the window to stare upon the rubble and smoke, the distant battle cries--

Raika shot out of the window, teeth biting into her thumb and blood flowing as she formed rapid sets of handsigns, dragons of all colors bursting into life around her, already being ordered about separate tasks: protect the Hospital and Medical Department, protect Fei's statue, help evacuate citizens, attack all enemies.

Words flared over the comm device as she strapped it to her neck, a familiar voice telling her of a badly injured friend, and Raika shot off, brown eyes turning blue as she headed to the described location.

A boy she recognized as a friend of Omoi's stood over spreading crimson and the remains of a torso, sapphire hair spilled wildly in blood, sapphire eyes staring unseeingly at the ceiling, chest rising and falling in shaky breaths.

How she had even held on this long was a mystery, aside from the person in question....

Raika sank to her knees beside her fallen friend, medical chakra glowing as she tried to do something--anything. Anything to save her.

But... it was out of her skill level.

If it were the reverse, Omoi would have Raika patched up and out of danger in a matter of minutes.

But like this....

Why did she keep facing situations where she couldn't save a friend?

"Omoi...."

Silent tears slipped down Raika's cheeks as she stared at the broken, limbless, dying girl before her, medical chakra still desperately trying to keep her alive, in case there was even the tiniest chance of saving her....

She couldn't give up, not again.

He slowly opened his eyes and sat up on the futon when the sound of chaos erupted through the village, without Raika around and without being able to go out freely without changing his face, Ryuuchi spent of of his time sleeping...not so much to aid in his recovery but mostly to pass the time.
Very slowly and without a care in the world he got to his feet and opened the window to witness the mayhem going on in the streets bellow. Bad looking and armed men and women were cutting down people left and right, breaking into houses to drag the inhabitants outside only to execute them or worst, it was a scene fit for a war.
One hand moved down to scratch his stomach while the other started to massage his neck as his eyes scanned the area. Plenty of decent looking guys had made it out as far as Raika's place in a short time, though they didn't seem to have a goal in mind other than destroying, killing and stealing. It wasn't something he felt like getting involved in, but a nagging feeling in his head made him casually exit his room, still in his black shirt and boxers.

Meanwhile a group of four hoodlums were trying to get into Raika's house already, the biggest of the four laughed as he swung his big sword and destroyed part of the door, finally managing to open it. They kicked down the door and rushed inside, laughing like maniacs the whole way, shouting at each other to search for anyone inside and bring them out. Then they stopped, right in front of of the kitchen door...inside they saw a white haired, blue eyed man in his shirt and boxers in front of the opened refrigerator, drinking a carton of milk.

Hachi Yamamoto had been a mercenary since the young age of twelve years old, he was now a middle aged man with skill good enough to earn good money for his family. Trough his years as a merc he had seen everything, bad things happened to good people and eventually he ended up becoming one of the devils doing those bad things. He had seen all manner of gruesome things done to a human body and wasn't easily shaken by much...however when he saw three bodies flying out through a door in multiple directions he couldn't help but freeze with his sword in hand. A head, an arm and a foot landed by his feet, all from different people but he still didn't look away from the darkness that was the inside of that house...until he saw a man coming out while dragging a corpse by the head with one hand.

"Raika's gonna kill me if I let these guys ruin her place...that said...I really do need to let off some steam."

He released the corpse by the door and slowly made his way to the streets, black scales started appearing around his arms all the way up to his elbows and his fingers formed into claws. Old Hachi finally moved, his body was giving the orders rather than his mind as he swung his blade down at the man before him but instead a black hand grabbed a hold of his neck with with little to no effort snapped it, immediately letting the body fall to the ground. That was how pathetic Hachi's death was.

Jun and Kenta Imagawa were brothers, they had joined the their criminal gang after the samurai revolutions and quickly rose in ranks in the time that followed. They to had killed many people and seemed to have no problem doing so, Jun even seemed to enjoy it far too much which worried Kenta. They both had been cutting down guard after man after man without even checking if they were friend or foe to them but when they swung their large axes at a man in boxers the blades of their weapons shattered. They both didn't even have time to look at each other as two hands penetrated their chests, drilling through the hearts and killing them instantly.

Butamaru was never too bright, he was always called a giant among the other criminals but he was never known for his bra...his body was perfectly ripped in two, vertically by the man in boxers.

He was known as Aku no Kouken, a well known swordsman from for Kiriga...his head flew over 50 feet after being sliced in a single swing.

Matsumoto Kouki was a...his body laid on the ground in three different pieces while an arm rested on the roof of a nearby house.

Watatsu...his head was so crushed that it looked like someone had just stepped on a big bug.

The chaotic street grew silent as the mercs and hired criminals witnessed their allies get torn apart by a single man...in boxers and a shirt.
Ryuuchi stopped and turned his head to them as they all took up their fighting stances. He smiled before taking a deep breathe and releasing a massive fall of flames that cleaned out the rest of the street.
But there were a lot more criminals in the village and a years worth of stress he wanted to let out.
