Description: The Idenshigan [Genetic Eye] is a doujutsu exclusive to the Megami clan. Upon activation, which may require hand-signs depending on the skill level of the user, the natural eye color of the clansmen will change to a dark shade of purple, decorated with a triple tomoe design connected in a triangle. Unlike other doujutsu, the Idenshigan does not modify the sight of the user. Instead, the eye technique is a means of interpreting genetic data they gain through collecting genetic samples. These samples are gained through making contact with organic matter. This data is then stored in one of the "genetic slots" in the user's brain. In collecting this data, the Idenshigan must be activated, and the design within the eyes will make a full spin as the genetic code is stored. However, this alone does not grain understanding of the code to the user. Instead, as the user looks onto the string of DNA they've sampled and decipher its data they must concentrate, which will cause the black design in their eyes to rapidly spin. The disadvantage of the Idenshigan is that as the Megami interpret the data few others can ever perceive, they lose their normal vision, going temporarily blind to anything except the stream of genetic data. Besides the danger of eliminating normal vision, there is a chakra cost [paid each time the eyes spin] to actively using the eyes that can become strenuous to the user, as well as a low level cost [paid every post] merely for having the eyes prepped without the design spinning.

With the power of the Idenshigan the members of the Megami can map out the molecular structures that make up all organism. While offering greater understanding of the internal makeup of the body, this eye technique is necessitated when being used with plant genetics, allowing the Megami to incorporate features of plants into their jutsu and craft new species of plants through careful experimentation. However, there are certain limitations to their eyes. The genetic data is stored within "slots" within the users brain which directly connect with the doujutsu, and the memory capacity of the user is dictated by their rank. At Genin level, only 5 genetic maps can be kept within the mind. This range increases to 10 at Chuunin, and 15 at Jounin level. A S-ranking Megami will have access to 25 genetic slots. In the event that the limitation is reached, the oldest of the genetic samples the Megami has gathered will be instantly forgotten, and the data from it unusable unless a new genetic sample is gained.

Description: The Nijurasen Idenshigan [Double Helix Genetic Eye] is a more advanced form of the clans traditional Doujutsu. This technique can only be activated by someone who has modified their own genetic structure by taking the life and assimilating the genetics of another human subject [CANNOT BE A NPC] into their own genetic code. This process of creating a genetic recombinant is the ultimate taboo within the Megami clan. Even after the prerequisite, enormous tribulation must be endured before this next stage of the doujutsu is fully awoken. What the Nijurasen Idenshigan does in comparison to the traditional eye technique is that it allows for the user to read the genetic code of any organism it sights its sight on. It should be emphasized that this perception is not the same as collecting a genetic sample from a subject through either touch or receptor spores. The user cannot manipulate the code of a target until a sample is still gained, for the Nijurasen Idenshigan does not add a genetic sample to the memory slots within their brain. What it does do, however, is allow for the user to understand what genes a target possesses before attempting to collect a sample. Furthermore, the biggest advancement of the eye technique is that when actually manipulating genetic information in their minds, the user no longer looses their normal vision. This allows for them to create new species from their collected samples without being made vulnerable form temporary blindness, though the distraction of complex work can still pose a threat.

This more advanced Doujutsu is extremely taxing on the user. It consumes more chakra to utilize than does its predecessor, and even wears away at the chakra level when not in active use, as in when it is present in the user's socket but not being used to either read or manipulate genetic data. Further than this downside, the technique is particularly straining on the eyes and memory. It is possible to lead to blindness from other use. However, the main deterrent is that it wears away at the TATA box of the user's genetic code, a buffering string of nucleobases that helps to preserve stability in the replication of the code by the user's cells. Overuse of the Nijurasen Idenshigan will lead to mental disorders such as Alzheimer's and senility. Furthermore, one of the first memory traits to go will be the user's ability to read their memory slots with their normal Doujutsu. Overuse of this new technique will make it so that genetic samples can only be acted upon with the more advanced doujutsu, which will almost assure a further downward spiral to the more severe mental diseases.

Description: This technique is used to combine components of genetic maps to create new sequences of DNA, essentially crafting the code for a new species within the mind of the Megami. Before this technique can be utilized, the Megami must first collect genetic samples stored in the "slots" within their minds an interpret these samples through the user of their Idenshigan [Genetic Eye]. For this technique the user must activate their Idenshigan into spin while forming the "Ox" hand-sign. Furthermore, this is a concentration dense technique, for if the structure of the genetic data is not arranged in a healthy way, the resulting plant will be a dud, either lacking in the desired qualities or being particular prone to rapid wilt from a lack of structural foundation. However, if fully focused, the Megami will be able to extract the genes of specific traits and combine them into a new source code for plant-life. The sources of this data can come from any number of the available genetic slots each Megami has access to. However, to make the genetic code of the new plant, the original codes are lost. If a piece of every sample is used, the resulting code will be a complex form of plant-life that may be capable of a variety of functions. However, in such an example, after use of this technique the Megami will have only a single genetic code within their mental slots, that being of the new species and nothing more. Furthermore, and unintentionally, each new species that is created comes with something of a genetic signature individual to each Megami. This not only can allow other Megami to identify a plant as being artificially created, but also creates an obstacle within the genetic structure that cannot be overcome. Any plant created through splicing cannot be combined in future splices to create another new plant. Only a single component can be drawn out, instead. Thus, a sample from a thorn-baring plant that has rose DNA in it can be used as a substitute for a sample straight form a rose, but only so long as the substituted sample has the genetic except for the thorns. If instead the spliced sample utilized rose for its scent, thorn data could not be collected. The more samples being drawn from, the longer this techniques takes. Thus, it is difficult to use on the fly.

Description: This is a form of genetic manipulation that is enacted upon a stored genetic map within the Megami brain. Thus, after the performance of this technique, there is no physical result to show until another technique is utilized. For this technique the Megami clansmen must have active use of their Idenshigan, which will temporarily cut off their normal vision. By holding the 'Snake' hand-sign through the duration of the modification, the user will manipulate a single stored genetic code they have sampled and modify the genes responsible for the size of the organism. This technique allows the user to grow a plant to six cubic feet in measurements. For larger plants, the effects may be null. However, this technique is mainly intended for use on smaller natural plants. For example, the Venus Flytrap can be an effective plant-based puppet for the members of the Megami. However, the plant itself is a mere few inches tall in nature. While it cost more chakra, not only to perform this technique but also in the Mokuton it takes to grow a large plant, to make the Flytrap taller, it is a much more effective weapon once expanded.

Name: Idenshi-Senjigusuri [Genetic Enhancement: Infusion]

Description: This is a principal technique for poison delivery. Able to craft new organic material by their ability to splice components of plants into new combinations, the Megami are accustomed to working with poisons, as plants are a primary source of natural toxins. With this technique, after sampling both a pre-crafted poison with the Idenshigan, the Megami are able to infuse the poison other genetic maps. This technique is performed alongside Idenshi-Supuraisu [Genetic Enhancement: Splicing], and the poison itself takes up a single slot in the Megami's mental maps. However, what sets this apart from normal splicing is that the chakra cost of this technique is equivalent to the rank of the poison being utilized. Even though the material still comes from an organic source, higher ranking poisons cannot be infused by weaker shinobi. This technique can be used in a verity of delivery methods, though on a base level if the plant material is consumed at all the opponent will be infected. Name: Doku Men’eki [Poison Immunity]

Description: This is an ability of the Megami clan that uses genetic data to respond to potential threats, specifically those of nature-based poisons. Plants and animals are two paramount sources of poisonous toxins, and this technique can be used to defend against almost any organically created poison, granting to the Megami a degree of immunity. This technique requires the use of at least 2 genetic "slots", for the Megami clansmen must not only decipher the code of the poison they are afflicted with, but also their own genetic code. By actively using their Idenshigan, which will temporarily block out their sight, along with the formation of a hand-sign the clansmen will stimulate the creation of antibodies within their bloodstream that can seek out and neutralize poisonous toxins within the body. The biological response to the poison requires chakra equal to the rank of the poison being defended against, meaning that lower ranking shinobi cannot defend against high ranking poisons. Furthermore, even a Chuunin using this repeatedly against A-ranking poisons will be rapidly tired out through this technique, which means the defense is far from perfect and caution should still be shown against enemy poisons. This technique becomes more difficult when faced with a Dokton [Poison Release] opponent, as the enemies poisons are not the result of natural organic matter, but chakra. Poisons can still be defended against, though an additional requirement of sampling the opponents genetic data must be met. After being performed, the user maintains an immunity to the specific poison defended against until its genetic code is removed from their slots by acquiring more samples, which eventually forces old ones out of their mind.

Description: This technique can only be performed but a Chuunin level user or higher. This technique follows along the lines of genetic splicing. However, instead of combining the traits of two or more plants into a new species, this technique allows for the Megami to combine the traits of a plant with their own plant genetics, as the Megami are genetic hybrids between plants and animals. There is a limitation in that only a single plant species can be used in combination with their own body at any given time. Furthermore, this species cannot be from a spliced plant, but must come from a naturally occurring plant. By activating the Idenshigan, and temporarily cutting off their normal line of sight, the clansmen will form a string of hand-signs that will cause a genetic trait from a single stored genetic map to incorporate itself into their body, usually through the skin. This trait could be almost anything, be it creating a genetic armor from coating the Megami in rose thorns, to giving them temporary resistance to fire like the venus flytrap, or resistance to cold like tundra lichens. However, regardless of affect, the technique last for a maximum of 4 posts for a Chuunin, and 6 for a Jounin. Furthermore, the post limit on this technique is reduced by 1 post for each additional performance of this technique in a single thread, eventually making the technique unusable.

Name: Yuuki-Kugutsu no Jutsu [Organic Puppetry Technique]

Description: This is a specialized technique the Megami have learned in order to conserve their Mokuton chakra by replacing a great deal of Mokuton chakra in their creation with this more supplementary chakra. While it is altogether possible to create plants that burst forth from the ground and move in such ways to entangle and ensnare the user’s opponents, such actions of advanced mobile plants use up more Mokuton chakra then simple creating a large plant. Thusly, to converse chakra, the Megami have learned to manipulate the motion of their plant life creations with puppetry, using the motion of specialized chakra strings in order to give plants motion. By combining regular chakra strings with a small yet even amount of Mokuton chakra, the user of this technique can integrate these strings through the roots of their plant creations and along the length of the plants to be able to use the plants as through they were puppets. However, the downside to this technique is that being a plant, these creations are limited in the mobility range, for they cannot uproot themselves from the ground, whereas normal puppets have no such connection to the earth. The ranges for this technique are determined by rank as specified by the puppet template. The Megami can normally only muster the manipulation of malleable plants, though a Megami that has gained abilities in true wood, represented by knowing a minimum of 5 true wood techniques, can use this with more sturdy bark-coated plants. As this is one of the corner stones in the clan, a skill in Puppetry is not needed to learn this technique. However, the user must possess the Mokuton element, and Megami clansmen without the Puppetry specialty will find the motions of their plants more jarring.

Name: Mokuton: Kusaki Soushi no Jutsu [Nature Release: Plant Creation Technique]

Description: This is a Mokuton technique used in conjunction to the genetic maps stored within the mind of the Megami clansmen, and can only be performed when the Idenshigan is active in the eyes of the Megami. After performing several hand-signs, the Megami will create from their Mokuton chakra the plant that their genetic map permits for. In the cases were no genetic modification has been performed on the geneitic map, this plant will be an exact replica of the plant their genetic sample has been taken from. However, in the cases where the genetic map has first been modified, this technique uses chakra to create the modified plant. Since the Megami do not specialize in true wood creation, in order for them to copy such a plant as a tree, or other bark bearing plant, they must first undergo training with a Mokuton use that can produce such bark-like structures and learn a minimum of 5 true wood techniques. This technique can also be used to create the desired plant in a seed form at the cost of far less chakra. However, for that seed to be grown quickly to full size Mokuton chakra must be channeled into it, so wither this technique is used to create a seed or a true plant, the chakra cost is about the same, unless if the seed is simply being grown as a normal plant over a long period of time. In producing a perfectly normal plant that is small in size this technique requires very little chakra, and high-level uses that are highly skilled with Mokuton can almost have this active as a passive trait to produce harmless plants, such as regular flowers at their feet as they walk. The chakra it takes to grow the desired plant is not dictated by the rank of this technique. Much like Summoning, the practice is always the same, though the larger and more complex the creature, the more chakra it will take to produce the same result.

Name: Mokuton: Kansen Kaze no Jutsu [Nature Release: Infectious Breeze Technique]

Description: This is a versatile technique for spreading plant-based materials. By forming several hand-signs and gathering Mokuton chakra into a part of the body, usually the palm of the hands, the user is able to create an abundance of pollen like spores that are so light they are carried upon the natural breezes of wind, or can even simply be blown off the user’s body with breath. The user is able to maintain some control over the direction of these spores with their Mokuton chakra so long as they are kept close to their body. However, the aim of this technique is to spread these spores across a wide area in order to ensure them being inhaled by the opponent. The effects of the spores depends on what spores were formed with this move, but the chakra coast of each type of spores is relatively the same. The types of spores that can be created largely depends on the user, though through the use of the Idenshigan the user can develop new lasting spore types depending on their level of Mokuton manipulation and practice with the genetic codes of the plants they develop these spores from. At a Genin level this technique as an obvious downside in that the spores are created in such a way that they appear as visible colored clouds, allowing the opponent to clearly see where the spores are. However, at a higher level these spores can be made so refined that they are invisible to the eye. The Megami cannot create many spore types from memory alone, so this technique is usually used in combination with poisonous seeds as a delivery mechanism for poisons [approved through equipment].
  • Receptor Spores: These are specialized spores used in combination with the Megami’s Idenshigan. Once inhaled by the opponent these spores tiny integrate their way into the opponent’s bloodstream through the lungs, and once inside they spread throughout the entire body of the opponent. The effects of these spores cannot be felt, but the Megami can understand them with their doujutsu abilities. These spores enhance the level of genetic understanding for the Megami and transmit back to the Idenshigan information they gather on the opponent. This information varies depending on the target, but as a cursory level the Megami will be able to understand such things as the chakra nature of their opponent, the physical characteristics of the target as shown through their DNA, along with conditions that can be changed within the target over times such a blood sugar levels, body fat percentage, and other information that could prove extremely useful when undergoing a case study of the target such as for medical repots. These spores help with the understanding of diseases as well as potentially unlocking cures that could be created through natural solutions. Furthermore, these spores enhance the Idenshigan to the point where the Megami clansmen can bridge the gap in some cases between bloodlines, potentially allowing them to draw form other bloodlines in learning techniques, such as learning the techniques of other Mokuton using clans. However, use of these spores in battle runs the risk of loosing their guard considering that the Megami cannot maintain their normal vision while reading this data.
  • Aphrodisiac Spores: These are specialized spores that were created and learned through research with the herbs Arugula, Damiana, and Epimedium grandiflorum, all of which are known for possessing qualities of an aphrodisiac. Through genetically combining these three plants and learning to call upon this combination, specialized aphrodisiac spores can be produced that stimulate the target into an almost hypnotic state of sexual attraction. These spores are potent enough to potentially allow for the escape from several situations that otherwise could have resulted in a fight. Mostly, these spores are just used in combination with Akiko’s qualities of a seductress in order to play upon the tendencies of weak-minded men.

Name: Mokuton: Matsutabi no Jutsu [Nature Release: Ensnaring Vines Technique]

Description: This is an effective technique that aims at immobilizing the opponent through the use of vines. After forming several hand-signs and channeling their Mokuton natured chakra into the surrounding area, the user will create a point of concentration from which a leafy bud will erupt and spew out numerous vines in a straightforward attack. These vines can be grown out of several places, the soil on the ground, other plant life, even the user's hybrid skin, though the latter will cause the user pain. The vines this technique normally creates are ambiguous, not having any specific or special information as they are merely a result of Mokuton chakra, and not genetics. However, this technique can be combined with the genetic information stored in the Idenshigan. Through an activation of the doujutsu, the user can incorporate traits from other plants they have sampled into the vines, for instance covering them in thorns to add a cutting through the addition of genetics from a rose. Each pod that is grown has a maximum of 20 vines within them. Their initial path is straightforward, and the vines will wrap around anything they contact. However, through the use of Yuuki-Kugutsu no Jutsu [Organic Puppetry Technique] the user can modify the path of the vines and cause them to constrict and tightly bind. A Chuunin using this technique can generate up to 3 pods of vines, and a Jounin up to 6. The more location and pods created, the more likely it is to capture the opponent, though each pod is considered a C-rank puppet when combined with Mokuton chakra strings.

Name: Mokuton: Hana Fuusha no Jutsu [Nature Release: Flower Windmill Technique]

Description: This is an effective offensive technique that creates the equivalent of a Fuuma Shuriken from the user's chakra. For this technique, the user must form a few hand-signs as they collect Mokuton chakra into their hand. Once done, a massive sized flower will grow out of the user's palm, their arm almost looking like the stem of a giant plant as the flower will be facing out from the user's hand. Without further genetic manipulation, the flower will be very ambiguous in species, though will carry a pleasant scent. Holding onto the backside of the flower, the user will utilize their Mokuton natured chakra to cause the flattened and sharpened petals of the massive flower to rapidly spin like a buzz saw in their hands, allowing the weapon to be used in close combat. However, the flower can also be thrown with the same effectiveness of a large shrunken, its path not being modified by the user outside of their own skill at accuracy. With the use of the Idenshi-Senjigusuri [Genetic Enhancement: Infusion] prior to the flower being grown the user can lace the cutting edge of the flower blade with one of this poisons to add a secondary attack to this weapon. This technique can also be utilized to create flower shuriken more comparable to the size of normal ones and normal flowers. These smaller blades will grow between the users fingers and are thrown like the typical shinobi tool, and a single performance of this technique will craft a maximum of 20 smaller petal shuriken so long as the user is not interrupted between unleashing them all.

Name: Mokuton: Seppun no Oujou [Nature Release: Kiss of Death]

Description: This technique does not actually result in death as the name suggests, through it does involve a kiss in order to obtain the full effects of the technique. This technique is a means of transmitting plant-based poisons. For it, the Akiko makes a quick hand-signs, and then proceed to make physical contact with the target. The technique can be used to transmit any one of Akiko's poisons, which she carries in the form of poisonous seeds. However, for this, she will first have to collect the genetic sample from the seed, which is done using the Idenshigan. However, Akiko is a strong enough Megami where she has gained limited use of this technique without first acquiring a genetic sample. In this case, the effects of the technique function with the genetic signatures of Ivy leaves, Lamurnum seeds, and Larkspur seeds, all of which carry with them affects that can induce comas and bodily paralysis. By transmitting a concentrated dose of this toxin through contact, Akiko can place her opponent in a coma-like state, in which they are unable to move their body, but are still conscious aware of what is going on around them. If inflicted through normal touch, the effects last only on a localized level, such as using a shoulder to paralyze an arm. Furthermore, if used like this, the effects last only a single post. If still used to target a localized area, but instead delivered through a kiss, these localized effects will last for a total of 2 posts. Finally, if a direct lip-to-lip kiss is achieved, unlikely on a field of battle though it may be, full body paralysis will be achieved that remains for 3 posts. However, Akiko can deactivate this paralysis by giving the victim a second kiss, in which she extracts her poison. If this technique is used in combination with one of the other poisons she has developed, the chakra cost for this technique is equivalent to the rank of the poison [approved in the equipment section].

Name: Mokuton: Hitokugutsu Kirikae [Nature Release: Human Puppet]

Description: This is an advanced Mokuton technique used to create Hitokugutsu [Human Puppets] from the bodies of fallen foes. While the traditional form of this technique is used on opponents who are dead, Akiko has a unique way of preserving her claimed 'pets' alive. This technique, therefore, was designed to be used on a still living subject, though it can be used on a dead target. For this process, as it is a long ordeal, the user will seclude themselves in order to not risk damage to their puppet as they create it. This technique begins with a string of hand-signs in order to mold the Mokuton chakra being used to begin the process of petrification. Much like a medical technique, the user's palm will begin to glow with a visible chakra, though instead of having the greenish blue of a healing technique, the palms of the user will emit a low black glow. Beginning at the chest, the press down against the against the body of the target, gripping and shaping the body as though it were a piece of clay to be molded. The veins at the area of contact will begin to turn black and become visible on the skin. What happens here is that the organic matter that composes the body of the target is rapidly petrified and converted into a chakra compressed wood that has exceptional durability and strength. The user must be careful as they mold, proceeding slowly so that the body does not become a solid, and thereby unusable, chunk of wood. Instead, the petrification only goes so deep, and covers so much of an area at once. The end result is that the body of the target, which maintains its humanoid shape and appearance, will also look as though it is made of panels of wood designed perfectly to replace what was once there to give the appearance of the puppet. The guts of the target are removed through liquefaction, being bleed out of the target through the slight openings at the joints that will later be filled. In the case of the bones, structures remain to give an internal sturdiness to the puppet. Some puppets may have a metal framework built into them later along with the various gears and weapons that the user can put into these puppets after the initial creation. Special attention is given to the heart and brain of the target, which are not liquified like the other organs. Instead, they are preserved through the plant-based drugs along with special petrification that converts them to more malleable cornerstone pieces within the puppet. These two organs are essential because the brain maintains the techniques the body knew, while the heart acts as the new center of the chakra within the puppet. When over, the puppet will maintain the same chakra its original body held, along with other special traits and abilities. Through the command of the user as these bodies are deployed in battle, the puppet will be able to use all the jutsu that it originally knew. However, it is important to not that this technique, above any other, causes the infectious weed on the back of Akiko to grow nearly the full length of her spin. Description: This is a technique that can be used to regain some of the chakra spent in performing Mokuton style moves. Since Mokuton manipulation involves the production of plants from the user’s chakra, this technique allows the reverse to occur, allowing the user to reabsorb their creations causing them to wither before disappearing. By forming a single hand-sign and then making contact with the plant they had created the user is able to reabsorb the chakra they spent by 80 percent, meaning that not all the chakra spent is actually regained. It is important to note that this technique only works with plant life the user created, and cannot be used on regular plants, or even the products of other Mokuton users. Furthermore, if the entire plant is not there, such as a portion of it being destroyed by fire or other means, then this further reduces the amount of chakra regained, since if only half of the plant remains then the user only reabsorbs 80 percent of half of the chakra used to create the plant in the first place. If used with a clone created from plant materials, the user will also absorb the memories and experience from the clone, though if the clone is destroyed before this technique can reabsorb it, that information will be forever lost.

Description: This is a more advanced form of the basic Transformation technique that utilizes actual physical substance in order to cloak the figure of a target. For this technique the user must form several hand-signs while channeling their Mokuton chakra into the area. Normally, this will cause thin beams of wood to rise up and form into the figure of the desired target around either the user or a different target. While wood is the strongest substance that can be used here, the cloak maintains a wood like feel to the touch, so while you gain greater protection if discovered, you also become easier to discover if touched, unless the imitated target is in part made of wood already. However, as Akiko is a proficient user of other forms of plant-life she has more versatility with this technique, such as coating the target receiving this technique in leaves. This would simulate the feel of actual skin, making it a far more believable technique. On average, Akiko usually uses true wood when cloaking herself as someone larger then her. However, when used with her puppets, she usually uses other forms of plants in order to make the puppet look like a human, much like how other Suna-nin use a layer of sand to cloak their puppets.

Description: After performing several hand-signs this technique creates a rapidly expanding coating of chakra enhanced wood around one of the user’s hands. This wood will coat the user’s arm from shoulder to fingertips in a very thick formation that then shoots out with multiple wooden tendrils that can be used to impale the opponent’s or block against incoming attacks. The path of these tendrils are controlled by the user’s chakra until the user releases the chakra within each of the individual tendrils that then harden forming solid wood. The most tendrils that a Chuunin can create at a single time with this technique is 25, each of these tendrils being roughly four inches in diameter with a sharp pointed tip at them. The size of the wood around the arm will expand as needed to support the greater number of tendrils, and while this wood around the arm protects the user, it can easily be removed when the technique is over by slipping their appendage out of the protective coating. To use this technique with true wood can cause the weed on Akiko's back to grow. However, as the Megami excel in non-wood plants, Akiko can also opt to use this technique with the production of thorny rose stems. While this decreases the chakra cost of this technique to a C-rank cost and decreases the risk it runs her, it also decreases the effectiveness of this technique as the rose stems will only be around a half the diameter and will be weaker in strength.

Description: After performing several hand-signs and sending Mokuton chakra into their surroundings the user will cause a large wooden structure to form out of twisting beams of chakra produced wood. This structure usually forms into the shape of a home, complete with separate rooms, doors, and even furniture composed of wood. The user dictates the shape and arrangement of this home, and a skill user can create a rather large home that can even have multiple stories to it. However, it is also possible to create other wooden formations with this technique, such as a wooden guard-tower, ship, or even just a very large cage. As Akiko is also very skilled in the user of other plant-life, the interiors of these structures are not limited to wooden creatures, but can also have just about anything made from assorted other plants including soft leafy beds to drapes made from flower petals. This technique does not have much battle capacity outside of creating barriers, as the structures created in the heat of battle would be very simplistic since the technique takes a high degree of concentration for the user to bring into reality what they percieve in their imagination.

Description: This is an effective elemental clone creation technique that creates a clone with sustenance through the use of plant life. For this technique, the user will form a single hand-sign, which will result in beams of the plants being used to grow out of the user's body and form into an identical clone of their body. Only a limited number of clones can be created at once, and at Chuunin this limit is set at no more then 5 clones. A Jounin level user could create up to 10. An advantage of this technique is that, unlike shadow clones, the clone does not receive a full half of the user's chakra. However, the limitation here is that the clones are then restricted in what techniques they can use. These clones can perform jutsu, but can only perform Mokuton techniques of B-rank or lower. Once the chakra is depleted from these clones, they will loose their replica image of the user, but the foliage that composed the clone will remain, leaving something of a statue of the user in place made from parts of plants. Akiko can chose to make a clone out of either true wood or other forms of plant life, though using true wood risks growing the infectious weed on her back. Furthermore, the plants used to create the clone further limits the abilities of these doppelgangers, as wood clones can only perform true wood techniques, while using the other facet of the Mokuton element limits the clone to use of non-wood plants.

Description: The performance of this technique is very reminiscent of the Great Fireball technique learned by many Katon wielders, though with a much more prickly affect. After performing several hand-signs and collecting Mokuton natured chakra into their lungs, the user will cup their fist over their mouth to direct the ensuing attack. With a powerful exhale, the user will cause a grapeshot spray of sharp wooden splinters to shout out in a conical shape from their mouth, affecting a wide area in front of them. The splinters shoot out like a mass explosion of senbon needles, and can pierce into their opponents with the same effectiveness, embedding themselves in the skin of the opponent to cause a great deal of pain. This technique is most effective against bare skin, though can also embed into a standard flak jacket, though not making it through the garb into the opponent. Besides the initial pain and bloodshed, the splinters continue to hurt when left in, hindering movement. Furthermore, since they are not slick metal, removal of the splinters can leave barbs of wood behind, which increase the chances of infection on a wounded opponent, though not beyond what an amateur medic could treat if given the time. If coupled with a poison seed which would have to be placed into the mouth of the user, the technique can be a means of delivering the toxin to any opponent struck by the spray.

Description: This is a binding technique meant to inhibit a targets movements, though has some offensive capabilities. For this technique the user must form several hand-signs and channel their chakra into the surrounding area. This technique will cause beams of wood to rapidly burst out of the ground or other plant life that will attempt to coil and constrict around an opponent. The rapidly growing beams, which can vary in size, usually make several coils around limbs or a torso as they grow upwards and constrict like a strong snake to hold the opponent in place with the sturdiness of wood. So long as the user maintains the final hand-sign to this technique and keeps their focus, they will be able to control the growth of these coils even being able to split one beam into multiple tendrils in order to better bind the targets. However, after formed Akiko can also utilize Organic Puppetry to further control the movements of the plants. On offensive application is to have a coil constrict around a weak point, such as a neck, potentially suffocating or crush an opponents windpipe. The amount of chakra this technique utilizes depends on the size of the beams of wood created, which can be as small as 2 inches thick to as great as 5 meters. However, the largest beams a B-rank cost of chakra can create is about 1 meter in girth, large enough to stand on the end of. At their larger sizes, which consume an A-ranked amount of chakra, these beams can aim at constricting larger creatures such as summons, or can act as battery rams that pack quite the punch. Once began, and so long as the last hand-sign is not broken, the technique can up in rank, causing originally small beams to rapidly expand. However, this would actually amount to more chakra for the user as both the original cost and the additional higher ranking cost must be paid, and continued control of the beams will be likely to tire the user out quicker.

Description: This is a powerful technique for encasing and disposing of opponents. For this technique the user must make several hand-signs before exerting their chakra into the ground beneath an opponent. This technique begins by grown out small vines of wood that spring out from under a target and quickly coil around the entire body aiming to bind an opponent. These vines continue to grow in girth as they grow in length, and soon after the start of this technique they will grow so high and wide that the opponent is lifted off of the ground and spun a few times around as the vines grow upward and form into the trunk of a large tree with many ground roots. From this technique a full grown tree is grown around the opponent, complete with a top covered in leaves. The opponent may be kept partially exposed within the trunk, such as leaving their face protruding out of the back to conduct an interrogation with along with maybe a hand or a foot. However, a captured opponent won't be able to move any part of themselves encased in the tree, which exerts enormous pressure on them. When fully encased, this pressure is further increased when the user places their hand upon the trunk, completely crushing and killing an opponent caught within while causing blood-like sap to swell immediately around where the opponents body is. The tree that forms, like all the plants created from Mokuton style, becomes a living organism, forever becoming the tomb and grave marker of an opponent bound within it. The disadvantage to this technique, other than causing the infectious weed on Akiko's back to grow, is that the opponent must usually be bound first prior to the performance of the technique. If the opponent manages to escape when the small vines first form, the technique is not stopped and the chakra will still be expended to form a full blown tree, thus wasting effort and energy if a capture cannot be guaranteed.

Description: This is simply a release of Mokuton chakra in order to form plants life out of chakra, but ones not necessarily in the form prescribed by other jutsu. After performing several hand-signs and channeling Mokuton chakra within the target area, either the soil, tree, the user’s own body, or some other legitimate source where the life can spring from, the user can create a multitude of plant life that they can then control through their chakra, bending it to use in grappling constricting, throwing, shielding, or supporting what they choose with this technique. Being that the Megami do not specialize in true wood, they will create a variety of non-wooden plants with this technique, though once these plants are removed from their chakra they begin to simply grow like normal. The user can also use this technique to bend and mold existing plant life, though this is less effective then Organic Puppetry as the movements of the plants are less fluid. However, with this technique the use can form weapons, such as swords, knives, or other simple ones, form plants. At Genin level this technique remains simple, only being able to create a limited amount of plants, which vary in effectiveness depending on the species. However, at Chuunin and Jounin the user’s skill increases with this technique, allowing them to create enough plants to potentially overwhelm their opponents. The user will not be able to perform many techniques with this one active, and in the case of Akiko little more then simple puppetry can be done coherently with this technique. Furthermore, the user will usually have to add a physical aspect to this manipulation, such as holding out their hand in the direct they are controlling their plant life in.

Description: This is a technique that is used in combination with the Organic Puppetry Technique. One its own, if used without a plant-life puppet, all this technique does is allows for the movement of clumps of earth. However, when combined with a plant-based puppet, this technique allows for extenuation of the range of the plant-puppets, which is manipulated through the roots of the plant. For this technique, Doton chakra will be added to chakra strings that are then latched onto the earth around the base of a plant being manipulated. This technique will rip a patch of earth from the ground, keeping the roots of a plant without a moveable 'pot' of soil. This allows for the user to move their plant puppet across the area like a normal puppet would be jerked across the battlefield, while still fluidly manipulating the plant rooted in this earth. However, a disadvantage to this technique is that counts as the use of a single puppet. For instance, if this technique is used alongside two plants being manipulated, it would be as though the user was deploying 4 puppets, two puppets for the plants, and two others for the dirt. While this technique can greatly improve the ability to utilize plants in combat, the user must be aware of their limits. If used without Organic Puppetry, this is an effective means of chucking clumps of earth at the opponent, or moving boulders.

Description: This is a useful technique for avoiding damage or surprising the enemy. For this technique, the user must form a few hand-signs and express their Doton natured chakra before burrowing themselves into the earth. This technique allows them to move freely underground, allowing the user to pop back up at a different location they first dug into. Their path is usually resealed behind them, making it hard for an opponent to assault the user directly if not also capable in the earth element or otherwise possessing some means to unearth the user. It is possible for the user to leave the tunnel they create intact to allow others without a like element to pass, though these tunnels are generally unsecured and vulnerable to collapse with a big enough tremor or on their own within a few days. While beneath the ground, Akiko will still be able to utilize Organic Puppetry so long as the plants that she is controlling are connected with the very same earth she is hidden within. However, normal puppet strings won't be able to be utilized with this technique active.

Description: This is a capture technique that attempts to surprise the opponent below. For this technique, if the user is not already underground, the user will slip beneath the earth following the performance of a few hand-signs. The user will travel beneath the ground, being able to follow the opponents seismic presences, until they are directly below the target. In an instance, the user will reach out of the ground and grip onto the opponent, usually around the ankles, As they pull down the opponent is quickly buried into the earth, while the user jumps out from below ground. The end result of this technique is that the user is left standing above ground while the opponent immobilized from the neck down. The name of this technique comes from the vulnerable position the opponent is placed in being buried up to the neck. If used in combination with other underground earth techniques, such as Doton: Jisane no Jutsu, this technique takes less chakra as the user will not additional have to expend chakra to travel below the ground, but instead will utilize Doton merely to switch places with the target.

Description: This is a technique that requires a skill in puppetry. For this technique, the user will generate chakra strings from their fingers, though these strings will be laced with Doton natured chakra, allowing for them to act upon earth similar to how the Organic Puppetry Technique can act upon plants for the Megami. This technique requires existing earth to be in the area, and will cause this turf to rise into a large shape, usually humanoid in appearance. At its tallest, the shape can be comparable with a 7 foot, 300 pound human. The shape will be a composite of earth, and will move with the user's fingers guiding its actions, essentially making it into a puppet of earth. The puppet can launch pebbles off of its body at a high speeds to injure like senbon or shuriken, and its extremities can be moulded into jagged earth formations, such as spearheads or cleavers. However, these golems of earth are susceptible to lightning based techniques, and one good lightning strike can cause the creation to revert to a pile of dirt. While using this technique, the golem is considered a B-ranked puppet, limiting the number that can be used in relation to the rules of puppetry.

Description: After performing the snake hand-sign, the user will release Doton jutsu in either a specific part of their body, or a much wider area, strengthening their skin with a rock like dexterity and endurance. This will cause the skin in the area infected to become black as a sign of the modification. This technique can protect against blades and most elements, but is weak against Raiton techniques. Not only does this technique give the user excellent endurance, but it also increases the strength in the limbs that it consumes, giving the user a very powerful addition to their taijutsu moves. A Chuunin level user can only perform this technique on roughly a quarter of their body, though a higher-level user could potentially coat more, though doing so would require more charkra obviously. This earthen coat can remain for a brief time after the technique was performed [3 post max], though if it does so the user will be slowed in their movement capabilities.

Description: This is a versatile technique that relies on the users concentration and creativity. For this technique, the user must be in contact with the earth as they form hand-signs and channel their chakra into the ground. Starting at their feet with at least a circular crack beneath them, this technique will cause the earth to fissure out from the user's position guided by the Doton chakra being channeled in it. these fissures can grow to be at most 3 feet wide, though the smaller they are the faster they'll rip apart the earth as they travel towards their targets. The user can split fissures into multiple paths and redirect to anything connected with the earth, such as cave walls or ceilings, making this technique even more effective underground. The paths aren't perfectly straight, but zigzag across the terrain as they tear up the landscape. With this technique the user can potentially trip up an opponent by catching their feet in the openings in the earth, turn level ground to loose boulders, or, depending on the environment, create a cave in, landslide, or avalanche by splitting apart the right places to use the natural terrain against their opponents.

Description: This is an effective technique that has the potential to modify the landscape of a battle. For this technique the user must form several hand-signs before channeling their Doton natured chakra into the ground. This technique causes pillars of earth to shoot out of the ground at any angle the user dictates, though most commonly this is straight up. The pillars can vary in size, though the larger they are the fewer in number they'll be. At their widest a single pillar that is about 4 meters in diameter can be made and extended upwards to reach a height of 20 meters above ground level. Essentially, this creates a small plateau. However, these punching pillars that can easily spring up whatever they launch out beneath have a different purpose than just creating cylindrical obstacles or elevating a small selection of earth. Instead, the Doton chakra used to raise them can be made to crumble with an additional hand-sign, or by contact from the original use against any part of the pillar, typically the base. This will cause the structure to timber like a falling tree, potentially crushing an opponent beneath an artificial avalanche of falling boulders to create a pile of rubble on the battlefield.

Description: This is a powerful technique that utilizes stone from the surrounding area to create guided barrage attacks. For this technique, the user must make several hand-signs before collecting Doton chakra within their fingertips, from which they will release chakra strings laced with the earth style chakra. With these strings the user will rip out boulders form the earth that are, at largest, 3 cubic meters in size. By clenching their digits, the Doton natured chakra flowing into the boulders will cause the rocks to quickly condense, seemingly reducing in size until they are about size of a basket ball. The shrunken rock hasn't lost any of their mass, and from the jagged sphere the user is able to launch out a barrage of bullet sizes pebbles with enough force to rip through trees and bones, similar to a kunai launching mechanism of a puppet. The blasts, a single line or a wide spray, can be launched in any direction of the condensed boulders, and can be stopped at will by the user so long as the chakra strings are in place. Like a puppet, the rocks will hover and be directed by the user's control of their strings, and can continue to launch projectiles like a turret until all of the mass of the original boulder is spent. If relinquished before such time, what will be left is a super dense rock that weighs much more than the physical shape would suggest. Each of these boulders are considered an A-ranked puppet when used, thus reducing the total number of puppets the user can control congruently with this technique.

Description: This is an effective technique that can overwhelm the opponent with a barrage of kunai composed of water. For this technique, the user will form several hand-signs before sending out Suiton natured chakra to act upon water within the surrounding area. This technique is partially limited by the amount of water to draw upon, though is capitalized at 50 kunai. With this technique, the user will cause water to bubble up in baseball sized spheres before pushing the water out, usually with a wave or direction of the arms, towards the opponent. This will cause the spheres to rapidly shoot in the direction the user dictates. As they take motion, these spheres elongate into kunai shaped daggers that can deliver piercing force equal to that of the typical shinobi tool. This can easily overwhelm an opponent, though the technique takes more time, concentration, and energy the more blades are in play. For a quick attack or distraction, only a handful of blades may be manipulated.

This bullet of water travels in a straightforward path, and packs with it enough force to knock the opponent back and cause painful bruising with concussive damage. In a single performance of this technique, the user may spit a total of 5 of these water projectiles. However, they will not have much a chance to redirect themselves between spouts. Thus, if stationary, the bullets have relatively the same path, so the spread them out the user would need to put themselves into a spin, which may leave them distracted between trying to get their attack timing right and managing the technique.

Description: This is a powerful that results in a cutting beam of water. For this technique the user must form several hand-signs as they collect Suiton natured chakra into their gullet and throat, usually raising a hand in concentration just below the mouth to help guide the path of the proceeding technique. This technique causes a gushing, but narrow, spray of water to shoot out of the user's mouth. The projectile beam shoots out in a straightforward line from the user's mouth, though can be redirected by a simple turn of the head so long as the exhale of this stream continues. At widest, this is roughly two inches in diameter, though packs enough power in the jet stream to slice through rock, so long as it is not being fortified with Doton of an equivalent rank or higher. If contact is landed against an opponent, a deep slash such as that from a sword can be expected. The spray last as long as the user exhales, though this will typically leave the user out of breath by the end of the technique. Even at its shortest, they will be a drowning feeling similar to having gulped down a 16 oz. jug of water without intermission.

Description: This is a strong technique that is primarily defensive except for in close combat, in which it becomes a potentially devastating barrage of blades. For this technique, the user must form several hand-signs while emitting Suiton natured chakra into their immediate surroundings. This technique will cause existing water in the area to rise up in the form of one inch diameter droplets that surround the user. While these droplets can number in the hundreds at the start of this technique, they are spread out enough around the users body to not obscure the user's figure with their already translucent forms. While active, this technique will reduce the number of puppets that user can control by the equivalent of a single A-rank puppet. By connecting Suiton laced chakra strings at will to the various surrounding droplets, the user can causes them to rapidly shoot across the area surrounding them, elongating the droplet into a crescent blade of water that slashes at the path. This allows the user to deflect incoming projectiles with the twitching of their fingers, or rapidly slice apart at an opponent close by. The cuts are like those of a dagger, and considering the number of droplets being used can quickly overwhelm an opponent with cuts across their body. However, the droplets are vulnerable to attrition, as impacts or other elemental techniques, such as fire turning them to steam, will wear down their size and numbers. At its most severe, a typhoon of rotating water blades can be activated with the control of both hands commanding the water, enough to stop a large incoming attack if surrounding the user, or deliver a finishing 360 degree assault if directed onto a nearby opponent, though this will use up the totality of the droplets. If not otherwise spent, the droplets will rain down after 3 posts, as there are too man to keep floating with Suiton chakra strings, and they are made to levitate with basic Suiton manipulation that is limited in duration.

Description: This technique uses the same principal of the Puppetry technique, through it is not used to control of lifeless puppet. Instead, this technique just creates a few chakra threads at the tip of the user’s fingers that can be used for varies purposes such as latching onto a small object an yanking it towards the user. The threads, which are invisible due to being made of chakra, being at the user’s fingers and extend out in a straight path towards the target. As flowing chakra into a Genjutsu infected target can remove an alley from a Genjutsu, these strings could potentially be used to aid a target from afar.

Description: This is a technique that allows the user to utilize puppets to attack from a distance. Using the body’s chakra, the ninja will emit multiple strings of chakra that run form their fingers to the puppet. The puppet itself can be loaded with many weapons and tools, allowing the puppet master to be protected form attacks as they use their puppet in combat rather then themselves. The ranges and number of puppets for this technique are determined through the puppet template. Certain puppets require more chakra stings then others, and a user must maintain constant practice with this technique in order to perform well in battle. A new puppet can sometimes act as shaky to the user that has not had an opportunity to practice with that particular puppet, especially if it is a puppet that the user had not part in the creation of, making it completely foreign to the user.

Once set, the user will unleash these kunai all at once, allowing for a torrent of kunai to be launched at once, much faster then if each blade had been thrown individually. This technique is usually done with the user of chakra strings being drawn between the user and the weapons in use, though channeling chakra into a regular string that then has kunai threaded onto it can also allow the user to perform this technique. At Genin level this technique can be used on 10 objects at once. At Chuunin this increases to 20, and at Jounin this technique can be used on 50 objects concurrently.

Description: This technique is used to seal items within objects. By writing a seal with ink or some other liquid, the user will perform several hand-signs before placing their hand upon the desired sealing item, which is placed atop the seal itself. By channeling their chakra though the item and into the seal, the user will lock away that item, which can then be unsealed by channeling chakra into the seal, either through direct contract or the use of chakra strings. This technique is usually used for sealing away small to medium sized items, but the larger or more ample the item, the more chakra it will take to draw it out of the seal. Furthermore, at chuunin and above the user can utilize this technique to seal away jutsu within these seals, allowing them to activate techniques with their puppets in a way that only skilled puppeteers can do. Any of these seals not applied on the spot must be detailed in the equipment section upon the puppet or object they are placed upon. At D-rank this technique can only be used to seal away simple objects around the size of normal kunai or shuriken. This ability to seal items increases at C-rank to include larger objects, with a mass no larger then 3 cubic feet. At B-ranked, this technique can be used to seal away objects that are 6 cubic feet, and can limitedly seal jutsu into puppets so long as the jutsu are B-ranked or below, though the user will still have to pay chakra cost of the technique to release it on their puppet. This technique can also be used to seal away a genetic copies Akiko has obtained in her memory slots so that if the seal is touched again the same genetic data is restored to her memory. This is useful for developing experiments, and constitutes a B-rank seal.

Description: This is a special Fuuinjutsu that is designed for the supplementary use with puppets. For this seal the user will have to make two marks, one located on the puppet they are using this with, and the other located on their own body. For the puppet, the seal, which is not very large at all, is usually written within the mouth of the puppet. If the puppet is not designed with a functioning mouth, as many may be, the seal can be written anywhere else desired. However, the reason why it is usually the mouth this is used with is because of the extra illusion this style of performance gives, as the Fuuinjutsu will be will hidden, and it can literally be seen as the puppet speaking for itself given the point of origin of the seal, which contains the Kanji for "Take". The second seal is written on the throat of the user, and will contain the Kanji for "Give". Once the two marks are made the seal is activated through a single hand-sign, and can be de-activated by the same method, or if either of the two seals is damaged. This seal allows for the user to project their voice through it. When speaking, their voice will emerge from the placement of the seal located on their puppet. This makes the move extremely effective for a hidden puppeteer, as they can still speak without given away their hidden position. When used with Human Puppets this technique becomes even more effective, as voice the puppet portrays will mimic the voice of the person made into a puppet instead of the actual user. One drawback of this technique, however, is that it is a very poor move for use when not in hiding. So long as the seal remains active, the user's voice will not emerge from their own mouth, which can inhibit their ability to communicate with close-by allies and others.

Description: This is an alternate form of summoning that does not require a blood donation, but is not done by simply performing the technique alone. This summoning works with seals written upon scrolls that contain a puppeteer's puppets. The complexity of the seals can vary, as can the number of puppets each scroll contains. If the user is able to craft the seal on small enough scrolls then they need to worry about carrying too large of scrolls with them as a means of easily transporting their puppets. To perform this technique the user needs only to reveal the seal holding their puppet by unrolling the proper scroll and then channel chakra into it, either by direct contact or contract through a chakra string, causing the puppet to be ripped out of the seal with a small puff of summoning smoke.

Description: This is a more powerful version of the Kugutsu no Jutsu that also incorporates in the same skills involved in wielding Human Puppets, though with still living targets. This technique can only be performed by a master puppeteer. By attaching chakra strings to a living target, the user is able to combine their expert manipulation with the power and cunning of the target. This combination benefits both combatants when used correctly. It allows allows the puppet master access to the puppet bearing unique skills, and allows the taret to move more intelligently and skillfully in battle. This technique only works correctly on an ally, as the target has to agree to being used as a puppet in order for the user to access their jutsu and skill. However, this move can also be used against an opponent, though not as effectively. When used on a conscious opponent, the technique does little more then aim to hamper the target's movements, potentially pulling the target away from a goal. However, it would be possible for the user to utilize the jutsu of an opponent temporarily so long as the target is incapacitated, and thusly could not fight back from the chakra strings until they wake up.

Description: This is a medical technique that utilizes chakra strings in order to more quickly close up an open wound. For this technique, the user must collect healing chakra at the types of their fingers before channeling it into chakra strings. However, instead of sending these strings out from the fingers, the user will begin kneading their digits from one end of an open wound to another as though sewing with a needle. A visible, bluish green, thread will pass and at out of the sides of a wound, and will suture the wound closed to stop the initial bleeding. The chakra thread does not last long if left alone and the wound will reopen if not further tended to. However, this technique helps to close a wound quicker, usually before applying the Mystical Palm Technique over the stitched up area to fully mend the site or stabilize it enough to transport the patient elsewhere.

Description: This is a standard medical techniques that is very diverse, and can potentially save an injured individuals life. To heal with this technique the user collects chakra into their hand and speed up cellular regeneration wherever applied, essentially healing the targets wounds. However, while this is an effective technique it cannot heal all wounds, though it can lessen most injuries. This technique can also be used offensively by using the technique as a blade to sever muscle fibers or blood vessels at the point of contact without actually cutting through the opponent's flesh. This is a standard skill that is essential to learn to consider oneself a medical shinobi, though requires concentration to utilize which otherwise removes the user from active combat in order to tend to a wounded alley, or even their own injuries.

Description: The Idenshigan [Genetic Eye] is a doujutsu that changes the Megami clansmen eye from a normal greenish hazel color to a purple tint. Overall, the sight of the use will not change much, as the eye needs genetic samples in order to map out the genetic information of its targets, these samples being gained from contact with organic life forms. However, without such samples, the clansmen can still utilize the eyes to identify sources of genetic information, such as finding hidden water by targeting the microscopic life within the water. Whenever active, the Idenshigan displays its effects by the rotation of the black symbols within the eyes. Only when this swirl is in effect are the DNA observing qualities of the clan in effect, otherwise even with the purple eyes they see like normal.

The Idenshigan has multiple applications, all of which stem from the main trait of this doujutsu. The Idenshigan permits the Megami clansmen that possess it to behold the genetic makeup of all organic life. With this ability, the Megami can literally map out the molecular structures that make up all organisms. On its own the Ideshigan permits the user to distinguish the DNA signature of life forms, allowing them to see collections of organisms from great distances. This ability alone allows the members of the Megami to seek out sources of life giving water in most environments, being able to track the water sources by sensing the collections of microbial life forms found in unpurified water. However, the true strength of the Idenshigan comes through the deciphering of genetic information that can be gained through either making contact with the organic life, or by transmitting the genetic information gathered through specialized Mokuton receptor spores. Without actually receiving this sample the Idenshigan possesses little use. However, with such a genetic sample obtained, which again is gathered through physical contract or receptor spores, the Megami can mentally map out the DNA of life forms permitting for the understanding and experimentation at a genetic level. By understanding the genetic code and the sequence of nucleotides within genes, the Megami can perfect their work with plants, and their own abilities in general. While the genetic mapping abilities of the Idenshigan instantly formulates the genetic code of organic DNA, there is a limitation to the number of genetic maps the Megami can carry with tem at any given time. At a Genin level, only 5 genetic maps can be kept within the mind of the Megami. At Chuunin this increases to 10, at Jounin 15 maps are carried with them, and at a Kage level the Idenshigan can carry with it 25 genetic maps. In the cases where the genetic map limitation has reached its limits, the oldest of genetic maps are instantly forgotten, and thusly preventing the use of this information in the formation of new plants.

By utilizing the genetic maps they carry with their Idenshigan, the members of the Megami can manipulate their Mokuton abilities at a genetic level in order to create genetically superior life forms at the cost of chakra. These creations usually come off as being types of “mutant” plants, which combine the genetic information from multiple species of plants and other life forms to create unique and deadly formations. As an example of how this ability can be used, the Megami has had access to both roses and sunflowers, then it would be possible for them to genetically map a new species of sunflower the features rose thorns along its stem. While this is only a simply example, and it is unlikely for such a plant life to be useful, it serves to show how the combination of DNA from multiple life forms can be made to improve simplistic plant life. At a Genin level, the members of the clan can only combine the genetic codes of plants with other plants. However, at a level above Genin, the members of the clan can grow into their plants limited qualities of animalistic DNA depending on the genetic samples they are able to obtain.

Description: This is a technique that results in no real physical change, as it purely effects the genetic map within the Megami’s mind. To perform this technique the Indenshigan must be active, though no hand-signs are required, save for the occasional meditation sign used to help concentrate. After gathering a genetic sample of a plant the clansmen wishes to produce, this technique can be used to modify the DNA code of the genetic map within Megami’s brain in order to adjust the genes that control the size of the plant, allowing the user to graw plants larger or even smaller then their normal size. This technique modifes only the genetic map, changing the map stored within one of the mental slots in the clansmen mind. However, no real result happens to anything until the Megami uses this map in order to produce the plant life that they can grow with their Mokuton abilities. At Genin level this technique can be used at a maximum extent to modify a plant to grow up to 5 times its normal scale, provided that the plant does not already exceed 1 cubic feet in mass. At Chuunin this can be used to increase plants up to 10 times their size, with a limitation on 2 cubic feet, and at Jounin this can be used to increase plants up to 50 times their normal size for anything less then 3 cubic feet, and 20 times for anything more then 3 cubic feet.

Description: This technique is used in connection to an active Idenshigan, and like other Megami genetic modification techniques, no physical result stems from this technique being perform. This technique does not require hand-signs, but does have a unique effect on the genetic slots within the Megami clansmen’s mind. This technique allows the Megami to combine stored genetic maps into a single map of a new plant species, which will then consist of composite traits of multiple species. At a Genin level, this technique can only be used with plant DNA samples, and no animalistic qualities can be added into the mix. The Megami can control what extend of splicing they perform, and can even intentionally plot out what characteristic traits of their samples they wish this new plant species to display. However, because of the concentration this technique requires when intentionally plotting out a new species, this is recommended as a non-battle technique, left more for when the Megami are within the lab creating their "mutant" plants. Whatever number of genetic maps is used to create this spliced map are condensed down to one genetic slot for this new species. Since the Idenshigan is limited, a Genin member of the clan can only splice together a total of five genetic maps, all of which must be plants. Chuunin can splice 10 maps with limited non-plant qualities, and Jounin can splice up to 15 with more advanced non-plant genetics. Any map is the result of this splicing cannot be spliced after the initial formation.

Description: This is the ability of the Megami clan granted through their Ki no Chishiki [Tree of Knowledge] ability, which uses understanding of the genetic codes to modify aspects of their own body in order to respond to several situations. This immunity is towards poisons the Megami may encounter. In the cases where the Megami are faced with an organically created poison, a poison based off of organic materials, the clansmen my form a degree of immunity towards the poison through the genetic understanding of both the poison itself, and their own genetic code. By taking up two of their genetic map slots, one for the poison and the other of their own DNA signature, the Megami can produce within their own body antibodies to respond to the poisonous threat and save them form the negative effects of the toxin. This technique requires the use of a single hand-sign, and two genetic slots. However, it is important to note that this immunity is only effective against organic poisons, and will fail to protect the Megami if faced against an advanced level Dokton technique. Genin can use this technique for protection against poisons up to C-rank. Chuunin gain protection from B-ranked poisons. Finally, Jounin can protect against A-ranked poisons.

Description: This is a specialized technique the Megami have learned in order to conserve their Mokuton chakra by replacing a great deal of Mokuton chakra in their creation with this more supplementary chakra. While it is altogether possible to create plants that burst forth from the ground and move in such ways to entangle and ensnare the user’s opponents, such actions of advanced mobile plants use up more Mokuton chakra then simple creating a large plant. Thusly, to converse chakra, the Megami have learned to manipulate the motion of their plant life creations with puppetry, using the motion of specialized chakra strings in order to give plants motion. By combining regular chakra strings with a small yet even amount of Mokuton chakra, the user of this technique can integrate these strings through the roots of their plant creations and along the length of the plants to be able to use the plants as through they were puppets. However, the downside to this technique is that being a plant, these creations are limited in the mobility range, for they cannot uproot themselves from the ground, whereas normal puppets have no such connection to the earth.

Description: This is a Mokuton technique used in conjunction to the genetic maps stored within the mind of the Megami clansmen, and can only be performed when the Idenshigan is active in the eyes of the Megami. After performing several hand-signs, the Megami will create from their Mokuton chakra the plant that their genetic map permits for. In the cases were no genetic modification has been performed on the geneitic map, this plant will be an exact replica of the plant their genetic sample has been taken from. However, in the cases where the genetic map has first been modified, this technique uses chakra to create the modified plant. Since the Megami do not specialize in true wood creation, in order for them to copy such a plant as a tree, or other bark bearing plant, they must first undergo training with a Mokuton use that can produce such bark-like structures and learn a minimum of 5 true wood techniques. This technique can also be used to create the desired plant in a seed form at the cost of far less chakra. However, for that seed to be grown quickly to full size Mokuton chakra must be channeled into it, so wither this technique is used to create a seed or a true plant, the chakra cost is about the same, unless if the seed is simply being grown as a normal plant over a long period of time. In producing a perfectly normal plant that is small in size this technique requires very little chakra, and high-level uses that are highly skilled with Mokuton can almost have this active as a passive trait to produce harmless plants, such as regular flows, at their feet as they walk.

Description: This is a versatile technique, and if done with a high enough level requires no hand-signs to perform. By gathering Mokuton chakra into a part of the body, usually the palm of the hands, the user is able to create an abundance of pollen like spores that are so light they are carried upon the natural breezes of wind, or can even simply be blown off the user’s body with breath. The use is able to maintain some control over the direction of these spores with their Mokuton chakra so long as they are kept close to their body. However, the aim of this technique is to spread these spores across a wide area in order to ensure them being inhaled by the opponent. The effects of the spores depends on what spores were formed with this move, but the chakra coast of each type of spores is relatively the same. The types of spores that can be created largely depends on the user, though through the use of the Idenshigan the user can develop new lasting spore types depending on their level of Mokuton manipulation and practice with the genetic codes of the plants they develop these spores from. At a Genin level this technique as an obvious downside in that the spores are created in such a way that they appear as visible colored clouds, allowing the opponent to clearly see where the spores are. However, at a higher level these spores can be made so refined that they are invisible to the eye. While Akiko has mastered forming some spores from chakra alone, this technique can be combined with the poisonous seeds from her Seedling Collection to create clouds of plant based gases.
    --Receptor Spores: These are specialized spores used in combination with the Megami’s Idenshigan. Once inhaled by the opponent these spores tiny integrate their way into the opponent’s bloodstream through the lungs, and once inside they spread throughout the entire body of the opponent. The effects of these spores cannot be felt, but the Megami can understand them with their doujutsu abilities. These spores enhance the level of genetic understanding for the Megami and transmit back to the Idenshigan information they gather on the opponent. This information varies depending on the target, but as a cursory level the Megami will be able to understand such things as the chakra nature of their opponent, the physical characteristics of the target as shown through their DNA, along with conditions that can be changed within the target over times such a blood sugar levels, body fat percentage, and other information that could prove extremely useful when undergoing a case study of the target such as for medical repots. These spores help with the understanding of diseases as well as potentially unlocking cures that could be created through natural solutions. Furthermore, these spores enhance the Idenshigan to the point where the Megami clansmen can bridge the gap in some cases between bloodlines, potentially allowing them to draw form other bloodlines in learning techniques, such as learning the techniques of other Mokuton using clans.

    --Aphrodisiac Spores: These are specialized spores that were created a learned through research with the herbs Arugula, Damiana, and Epimedium grandiflorum, all of which are known for possessing qualities of an aphrodisiac. Through genetically combining these three plants and learning to call upon this combination, specialized aphrodisiac spores can be produced that stimulate the target into an almost hypnotic state of sexual attraction. Naturally, this ability can only be used on those of the opposite sex, however these spores are potent enough to potentially allow for the escape from several situations that otherwise could have resulted in a fight. Mostly, these spores are just used in combination with Akiko’s qualities of a seductress in order to play upon the tendencies of weak-minded men.

Description: This technique does not actually result in death as the name suggests, through it does involve a kiss in order to obtain the full effects of the technique. If the user is skilled enough this technique does not require hand-signs, through if they Mokuton abilities are not that high this technique can be preceded by a series of signs. This technique was developed by Akiko through working with several types of plants in order to created a biological agent to subdue her opponents leaving them near defenseless. The key components of this biological toxin are the genetic signatures of Ivy leaves, Laburnum seeds, and Larkspur seeds, all of which are known to be poisonous in the plant kingdom, and carry with them affects that can induce comas and body paralysis. By transmitting a concentrated dose of this toxin through contact with the opponent’s lips the user can instantly put the opponent into a coma like state in which they will be unable to move at all. The effects of this technique are visible by the veins around the mouth of the user turning green through the skin, through this quickly wears away. At a Genin level, the coma like effects of this technique last a mere 5 minutes, through this would be enough time in which to take advantage of the opponent’s paralyzed state. In order to induce the coma like state of paralysis, the user must actually kill the target on the lips. However, this biological toxin can be transmitted through skin contact when collected in order parts of the body, and while transmitting in through this means does not put the opponent into a coma state, this technique can be used in such a manner to paralyze a local area, such as making contact with the shoulder to paralyze the corresponding arm. Paralysis through these means lasts the same amount of time as the coma state does through a direct kiss, which at Genin is only 5 minutes.

Description: This is an effective technique that aims at immobilizing the opponent through the use of vines. After forming several hand-signs, the user will channel Mokuton chakra into the area the vines rapidly spout from, which can be the soil, other plant life, or even the user’s skin. Given the plant biology of the Megami clan, the user is able to apply these vines to their skin, as the vines are able to grow from other plant life given that vines usually have somewhat of a parasitic aspect to them. These vines, which number anywhere between 10-20 for Genin [21-50 for Chuunin and 51-100 for Jounin] shoot out quickly, wrapping around the opponent and constricting with a fair degree of force, though not enough to cut off circulation at Genin. Since these vines remain attached to the location they grow from, they are able to pull back once they have grappled onto something, acting like chains in the ground to hold their target down. It is possible also to combine the Megami aspects to this technique, combining these vines with other plants through genetic manipulation, such as making throne or flowering vines. However, as a plant these vines are susceptible to being cut, or lit one fire like normal plant life is.

Description: This is an effective technique that is based off of the natural properties of the mistletoe plant family. In nature, mistletoe is a parasitic plant that is known for actually killing its host. Furthermore, it is a poisonous plant that causes stomach pain, diarrhea, and low pulse. Both of these traits are incorporated in this technique. After performing several hand-signs, the user will collect Mokuton chakra into their palms, creating a small formation of specialized mistletoe. Once created, the aim of this technique becomes latching the invasive roots of this plant onto the opponent. The roots, combined with Mokuton chakra, are able to infiltrate almost all-organic life, be it a tree or an opponent. Once dug in, the roots will drain the target of chakra and nutrients. If the user maintains contact with this mistletoe they are able to absorb the drained lifeblood. However, it is also possible to throw this plant, again draining the opponent, though feeding the chakra into the plant itself instead of using it as a medium for chakra siphoning. As this plant drains the target of chakra, it also infects the target with the poisonous aspects of the plant, causing stomach pain, low pulse, and potentially diarrhea. To remove the plant is painful, but is possible. If unattached to the user, this plant will cease draining chakra after taking in enough for 2 C-ranked techniques. However, if still attached, then this amount will be drained for every post it remains attached to. However, the great downside to this technique is that the parasite does not discriminate. If after the first post this mistletoe is created it does not latch onto a target, it will turn on the user, if held by the user, and begin to drain the user of chakra. Furthermore, since the user has Mokuton chakra, which the plant will respond better to, it will drain the user of 4 C-ranked techniques per post until removed.

Name: Mokuton: Sanmai no Jutsu [Plant Life Release: Absorption Technique]

Description: This is a technique that can be used to regain some of the chakra spent in performing Mokuton moves. Since Mokuton manipulation involve the production of plants from the user’s chakra, this technique allows the reverse to occur, allowing the user to reabsorb their creations causing them to wither before disappearing. By forming a single hand-sign and then making contact with the plant they had created the user is able to reabsorb the chakra they spent by 80 percent, meaning that not all the chakra spent is actually regained. It is important to note that this technique only works with plant life the user created, and cannot be used on regular plants, or even the products of other Mokuton users. Furthermore, if the entire plant is not there, such as a portion of it being destroyed by fire or other means, then this further reduces the amount of chakra regained, since if only half of the plant remains then the user only reabsorbs 80 percent of half of the chakra used to create the plant in the first place.

Description: This is simply a release of Mokuton chakra in order to form plants life out of chakra, but ones not necessarily in the form prescribed by other jutsu. After performing several hand-signs and channeling Mokuton chakra within the target area, either the soil, tree, the user’s own body, or some other legitimate source where the life can spring from, the user can create a multitude of plant life that they can then control through their chakra, bending it to use in grappling constricting, throwing, shielding, or supporting what they choose with this technique. Being that the Megami do not specialize in true wood, they will create a variety of non-wooden plants with this technique, though once these plants are removed from their chakra they begin to simply grow like normal. The user can also use this technique to bend and mold existing plant life, though this is less effective then Organic Puppetry as the movements of the plants are less fluid. However, with this technique the use can form weapons, such as swords, knives, or other simple ones, form plants. At Genin level this technique remains simple, only being able to create a limited amount of plants, which vary in effectiveness depending on the species. However, at Chuunin and Jounin the user’s skill increases with this technique, allowing them to create enough plants to potentially overwhelm their opponents. The user will not be able to perform many techniques with this one active, and in the case of Akiko little more then simple puppetry can be done coherently with this technique. Furthermore, the user will usually have to add a physical aspect to this manipulation, such as holding out their hand in the direct they are controlling their plant life in.

This technique is usually done with the user of chakra strings being drawn between the user and the weapons in use, though channeling chakra into a regular string that then has kunai threaded onto it can also allow the user to perform this technique.

Description: This technique is used to seal items within objects. By writing a seal with ink or some other liquid, the user will perform several hand-signs before placing their hand upon the desired sealing item, which is placed atop the seal itself. By channeling their chakra though the item and into the seal, the user will lock away that item, which can then be unsealed by channeling chakra into the seal, either through direct contract or the use of chakra strings. This technique is usually used for sealing away small to medium sized items, but the larger or more ample the item, the more chakra it will take to draw it out of the seal. Furthermore, at chuunin and above the user can utilize this technique to seal away jutsu within these seals, allowing them to activate techniques with their puppets in a way that only skilled puppeteers can do. Any of these seals not applied on the spot must be detailed in the equipment section upon the puppet or object they are placed upon. At D-rank this technique can only be used to seal away simple objects around the size of normal kunai or shuriken. This ability to seal items increases at C-rank to include larger objects, with a mass no larger then 3 cubic feet. At B-ranked, this technique can be used to seal away objects that are 6 cubic feet, and can limitedly seal jutsu into puppets so long as the jutsu are C-ranked, though the user will still have to play the full chakra cost of the technique to release it on their puppet. At A-ranked this technique can seal objects that are within a 10 cubic foot mass, and can seal more advanced jutsu into puppets. [[Note: At Genin level Akiko can only use this technique up to a C-rank.]]

Name: Kugutsu Kuchiyose [Puppet Summoning]

Description: This is an alternate form of summoning that does not require a blood donation, but is not done by simply performing the technique alone. This summoning works with seals written upon scrolls that contain a puppeteer's puppets. The complexity of the seals can vary, but usually each seal contains only one puppet, making the user carry a scroll of each puppet. However, if the user is able to craft the seal on small enough scrolls then they need to worry about carrying too large of scrolls with them as a means of easily transporting their puppets. To perform this technique the user needs only to reveal the seal holding their puppet by unrolling the proper scroll and then channel chakra into it, causing a puff of smoke to appear from which their puppet will emerge.

Techniques marked with ** are completely new to Akiko. All other techniques weren't touched other then to change them to "Chuunin Level Skill" which is indicated either through the rank section, these being techniques that were previously listed as "Genin Level Skill" or in a few limited cases with parts that were changed being marked with italics. [An example of this would be the Kiss of Death Technique, which uses italics in the description to show what changed]

Other things changed that aren't marked in italics are things that were assumed approvals. This refers to the puppetry techniques, as the new ranges listed for these techniques come from the puppet template and the rules laid down there.

Description: The Idenshigan [ | Genetic Eye | ] is a doujutsu that changes the Megami clansmen eye from a normal greenish hazel color to a purple tint. Overall, the sight of the user will not change much, as the eye needs genetic samples in order to map out the genetic information of its targets, these samples being gained from contact with organic life forms. However, without such samples, the clansmen can still utilize the eyes to identify sources of genetic information, such as finding hidden water by targeting the microscopic life within the water. Whenever active, the Idenshigan displays its effects by the rotation of the black symbols within the eyes. Only when this swirl is in effect are the DNA observing qualities of the clan in effect, otherwise even with the purple eyes they see like normal.

The Idenshigan has multiple applications, all of which stem from the main trait of this doujutsu. The Idenshigan permits the Megami clansmen that possess it to behold the genetic makeup of all organic life. With this ability, the Megami can literally map out the molecular structures that make up all organisms. On its own the Ideshigan permits the user to distinguish the DNA signature of life forms, allowing them to see collections of organisms from great distances. This ability alone allows the members of the Megami to seek out sources of life giving water in most environments, being able to track the water sources by sensing the collections of microbial life forms found in unpurified water. However, the true strength of the Idenshigan comes through the deciphering of genetic information that can be gained through either making contact with the organic life, or by transmitting the genetic information gathered through specialized Mokuton receptor spores. Without actually receiving this sample the Idenshigan possesses little use. However, with such a genetic sample obtained, which again is gathered through physical contract or receptor spores, the Megami can mentally map out the DNA of life forms permitting for the understanding and experimentation at a genetic level. By understanding the genetic code and the sequence of nucleotides within genes, the Megami can perfect their work with plants, and their own abilities in general. While the genetic mapping abilities of the Idenshigan instantly formulates the genetic code of organic DNA, there is a limitation to the number of genetic maps the Megami can carry with tem at any given time. At a Genin level, only 5 genetic maps can be kept within the mind of the Megami. At Chuunin this increases to 10, at Jounin 15 maps are carried with them, and at a Kage level the Idenshigan can carry with it 25 genetic maps. In the cases where the genetic map limitation has reached its limits, the oldest of genetic maps are instantly forgotten, and thusly preventing the use of this information in the formation of new plants.

By utilizing the genetic maps they carry with their Idenshigan, the members of the Megami can manipulate their Mokuton abilities at a genetic level in order to create genetically superior life forms at the cost of chakra. These creations usually come off as being types of “mutant” plants, which combine the genetic information from multiple species of plants and other life forms to create unique and deadly formations. As an example of how this ability can be used, the Megami has had access to both roses and sunflowers, then it would be possible for them to genetically map a new species of sunflower the features rose thorns along its stem. While this is only a simply example, and it is unlikely for such a plant life to be useful, it serves to show how the combination of DNA from multiple life forms can be made to improve simplistic plant life. At a Genin level, the members of the clan can only combine the genetic codes of plants with other plants. However, at a level above Genin, the members of the clan can grow into their plants limited qualities of animalistic DNA depending on the genetic samples they are able to obtain.

Description: This is a technique that results in no real physical change, as it purely effects the genetic map within the Megami’s mind. To perform this technique the Indenshigan must be active, though no hand-signs are required, save for the occasional meditation sign used to help concentrate. After gathering a genetic sample of a plant the clansmen wishes to produce, this technique can be used to modify the DNA code of the genetic map within Megami’s brain in order to adjust the genes that control the size of the plant, allowing the user to grow plants larger or even smaller then their normal size. This technique modifes only the genetic map, changing the map stored within one of the mental slots in the clansmen mind. However, no real result happens to anything until the Megami uses this map in order to produce the plant life that they can grow with their Mokuton abilities. At Genin level this technique can be used at a maximum extent to modify a plant to grow up to 5 times its normal scale, provided that the plant does not already exceed 1 cubic feet in mass. At Chuunin this can be used to increase plants up to 10 times their size, with a limitation on 2 cubic feet, and at Jounin this can be used to increase plants up to 50 times their normal size for anything less then 3 cubic feet, and 20 times for anything more then 3 cubic feet.

Description: This technique is used in connection to an active Idenshigan, and like other Megami genetic modification techniques, no physical result stems from this technique being perform. This technique does not require hand-signs, but does have a unique effect on the genetic slots within the Megami clansmen’s mind. This technique allows the Megami to combine stored genetic maps into a single map of a new plant species, which will then consist of composite traits of multiple species. At a Genin level, this technique can only be used with plant DNA samples, and no animalistic qualities can be added into the mix. The Megami can control what extend of splicing they perform, and can even intentionally plot out what characteristic traits of their samples they wish this new plant species to display. However, because of the concentration this technique requires when intentionally plotting out a new species, this is recommended as a non-battle technique, left more for when the Megami are within the lab creating their "mutant" plants. Whatever number of genetic maps is used to create this spliced map are condensed down to one genetic slot for this new species. Since the Idenshigan is limited, a Genin member of the clan can only splice together a total of five genetic maps, all of which must be plants. Chuunin can splice 10 maps with limited non-plant qualities, and Jounin can splice up to 15 with more advanced non-plant genetics. Any map is the result of this splicing cannot be spliced after the initial formation. Once a map has been spliced it cannot be used with this technique again.

Description: This is the ability of the Megami clan granted through their Ki no Chishiki [ | Tree of Knowledge | ] ability, which uses understanding of the genetic codes to modify aspects of their own body in order to respond to several situations. This immunity is towards poisons the Megami may encounter. In the cases where the Megami are faced with an organically created poison, a poison based off of organic materials, the clansmen my form a degree of immunity towards the poison through the genetic understanding of both the poison itself, and their own genetic code. By taking up two of their genetic map slots, one for the poison and the other of their own DNA signature, the Megami can produce within their own body antibodies to respond to the poisonous threat and save them form the negative effects of the toxin. This technique requires the use of a single hand-sign, and two genetic slots. However, it is important to note that this immunity is only effective against organic poisons, and will fail to protect the Megami if faced against an advanced level Dokton technique. Genin can use this technique for protection against poisons up to C-rank. Chuunin gain protection from B-ranked poisons. Finally, Jounin can protect against A-ranked poisons.

Description: This is a technique that takes advantage of the Megami's abilities at genetic enhancement of plant life, but one that can only be performed by a user of a Chuunin level skill or higher. Instead of manipulating other plants, this technique focus on the manipulation of the user's own body, as the Megami are a genetic hybrid between plants and animals, their own bodies naturally having many plant characteristics. What this technique does is temporarily changes the genetics of the clan member, usually resulting in some form of plant growth becoming visible growing out from their skin. The characteristic that is added lasts only 4 posts for a Chuunin and a maximum of 6 posts for a Jounin, and must be a natural trait of the target specimen, as this technique cannot be performed without a genetic sample to begin with. For this technique, the user will form several hand-signs, but before the signs are performed the user must have gained all the needed samples into their genetic slots, including one slot being composed of their own genetic code. The user will then mesh their DNA temporarily with that of the target specimen. For example, if used in combination with a sample of a Venus Flytrap, the user can take on the fire-resistant properties of the plant. While this would not make them immune to Katon technique, it would give them better protection then bare skin offers, and the genetic growth would be displayed through randomly sprouting flytrap heads across their body. If used with a rose, the user could coat their body in sharp thorns for a time. This technique can only be used with on, non-spliced, genetic slot at a time, though can be used multiple times. However, as the genetic traits stack on top of one another, the overall time of this technique decreases by 1 posts for every new trait. If used twice, either with different plants or taking on two different traits from the same plant, the total length of the technique will decrease to 3 posts for a Chuunin, so on and so forth. A downside of this technique is physical discomfort that can occur from the forced mutation of the Megami's own genetics, and this downside increases with each additional trait added on.

Description: This is a specialized technique the Megami have learned in order to conserve their Mokuton chakra by replacing a great deal of Mokuton chakra in their creation with this more supplementary chakra. While it is altogether possible to create plants that burst forth from the ground and move in such ways to entangle and ensnare the user’s opponents, such actions of advanced mobile plants use up more Mokuton chakra then simple creating a large plant. Thusly, to converse chakra, the Megami have learned to manipulate the motion of their plant life creations with puppetry, using the motion of specialized chakra strings in order to give plants motion. By combining regular chakra strings with a small yet even amount of Mokuton chakra, the user of this technique can integrate these strings through the roots of their plant creations and along the length of the plants to be able to use the plants as through they were puppets. However, the downside to this technique is that being a plant, these creations are limited in the mobility range, for they cannot uproot themselves from the ground, whereas normal puppets have no such connection to the earth. The ranges for this technique are determined by rank as specified by the puppet template. Akiko, having genetically absorbed the essence of a true-wood wielder, can perform this technique on woody plants. However, the sturdiness of wood meaning the puppetry of these plants can be rougher then normal.

Name: Jinzou Kugutsu no Jutsu [ | Artificial Puppetry Technique | ]**

Description: This technique functions similar to the Organic Puppetry Technique in that it is performed with plants. However, the technique itself is designed to act upon the wood of puppets. Furthermore, the technique, unlike traditional puppetry, does not use chakra strings to manipulate puppets, but instead has the same natural flow to it as Organic Puppetry, which connects strings to the roots of a plant in order to bend the entire form of the plant fluently as opposed to the somewhat more jarred movements. This technique can only be performed by a Chuunin level user, as well as a user who has gained a reasonable level of mastery over true wood techniques [at least 5 techniques] as this technique is most commonly used with normal puppets, which are composed of wood. If, for whatever reason, the puppet is not composed of wood, this technique will have no effect. Instead of connecting strings to the puppet, the user must maintain constant contact with the desired puppet so that they may channel Mokuton chakra into the target puppet. While the chakra cost of this kind of control will be higher then normal puppetry, this allows for the user to manipulate the puppet fluently without their fingers. However, if contact is ever lost with the puppet, the technique will automatically lose all effects. Only one puppet can be controlled like this at a time, as the user cannot break contact with the puppet. However, other puppets can still be manipulated, though the not as many as if the user were using just the normal puppet master technique.

Description: This is a Mokuton technique used in conjunction to the genetic maps stored within the mind of the Megami clansmen, and can only be performed when the Idenshigan is active in the eyes of the Megami. After performing several hand-signs, the Megami will create from their Mokuton chakra the plant that their genetic map permits for. In the cases were no genetic modification has been performed on the geneitic map, this plant will be an exact replica of the plant their genetic sample has been taken from. However, in the cases where the genetic map has first been modified, this technique uses chakra to create the modified plant. Since the Megami do not specialize in true wood creation, in order for them to copy such a plant as a tree, or other bark bearing plant, they must first undergo training with a Mokuton use that can produce such bark-like structures and learn a minimum of 5 true wood techniques. This technique can also be used to create the desired plant in a seed form at the cost of far less chakra. However, for that seed to be grown quickly to full size Mokuton chakra must be channeled into it, so wither this technique is used to create a seed or a true plant, the chakra cost is about the same, unless if the seed is simply being grown as a normal plant over a long period of time. In producing a perfectly normal plant that is small in size this technique requires very little chakra, and high-level uses that are highly skilled with Mokuton can almost have this active as a passive trait to produce harmless plants, such as regular flows, at their feet as they walk.

Description: This is a versatile technique, and if done with a high enough level requires no hand-signs to perform. By gathering Mokuton chakra into a part of the body, usually the palm of the hands, the user is able to create an abundance of pollen like spores that are so light they are carried upon the natural breezes of wind, or can even simply be blown off the user’s body with breath. The use is able to maintain some control over the direction of these spores with their Mokuton chakra so long as they are kept close to their body. However, the aim of this technique is to spread these spores across a wide area in order to ensure them being inhaled by the opponent. The effects of the spores depends on what spores were formed with this move, but the chakra coast of each type of spores is relatively the same. The types of spores that can be created largely depends on the user, though through the use of the Idenshigan the user can develop new lasting spore types depending on their level of Mokuton manipulation and practice with the genetic codes of the plants they develop these spores from. At a Genin level this technique as an obvious downside in that the spores are created in such a way that they appear as visible colored clouds, allowing the opponent to clearly see where the spores are. However, at a higher level these spores can be made so refined that they are invisible to the eye. While Akiko has mastered forming some spores from chakra alone, this technique can be combined with the poisonous seeds from her Seedling Collection to create clouds of plant based gases.
    --Receptor Spores: These are specialized spores used in combination with the Megami’s Idenshigan. Once inhaled by the opponent these spores tiny integrate their way into the opponent’s bloodstream through the lungs, and once inside they spread throughout the entire body of the opponent. The effects of these spores cannot be felt, but the Megami can understand them with their doujutsu abilities. These spores enhance the level of genetic understanding for the Megami and transmit back to the Idenshigan information they gather on the opponent. This information varies depending on the target, but as a cursory level the Megami will be able to understand such things as the chakra nature of their opponent, the physical characteristics of the target as shown through their DNA, along with conditions that can be changed within the target over times such a blood sugar levels, body fat percentage, and other information that could prove extremely useful when undergoing a case study of the target such as for medical repots. These spores help with the understanding of diseases as well as potentially unlocking cures that could be created through natural solutions. Furthermore, these spores enhance the Idenshigan to the point where the Megami clansmen can bridge the gap in some cases between bloodlines, potentially allowing them to draw form other bloodlines in learning techniques, such as learning the techniques of other Mokuton using clans.

    --Aphrodisiac Spores: These are specialized spores that were created a learned through research with the herbs Arugula, Damiana, and Epimedium grandiflorum, all of which are known for possessing qualities of an aphrodisiac. Through genetically combining these three plants and learning to call upon this combination, specialized aphrodisiac spores can be produced that stimulate the target into an almost hypnotic state of sexual attraction. Naturally, this ability can only be used on those of the opposite sex, however these spores are potent enough to potentially allow for the escape from several situations that otherwise could have resulted in a fight. Mostly, these spores are just used in combination with Akiko’s qualities of a seductress in order to play upon the tendencies of weak-minded men.

Description: This technique does not actually result in death as the name suggests, through it does involve a kiss in order to obtain the full effects of the technique. If the user is skilled enough this technique does not require hand-signs, through if they Mokuton abilities are not that high this technique can be preceded by a series of signs. This technique was developed by Akiko through working with several types of plants in order to created a biological agent to subdue her opponents leaving them near defenseless. The key components of this biological toxin are the genetic signatures of Ivy leaves, Laburnum seeds, and Larkspur seeds, all of which are known to be poisonous in the plant kingdom, and carry with them affects that can induce comas and body paralysis. By transmitting a concentrated dose of this toxin through contact with the opponent’s lips the user can instantly put the opponent into a coma like state in which they will be unable to move at all. The effects of this technique are visible by the veins around the mouth of the user turning green through the skin, through this quickly wears away. At a Chuunin level, the coma like effects of this technique lasts anywhere between 5-30 minutes, through this would be enough time in which to take advantage of the opponent’s paralyzed state. In order to induce the coma like state of paralysis, the user must actually kiss the target on the lips. However, this biological toxin can be transmitted through skin contact when collected in other parts of the body, and while transmitting it through this method does not put the opponent into a coma state, this technique can be used in such a manner to paralyze a local area, such as making contact with the shoulder to paralyze the corresponding arm. Paralysis through these means lasts the same amount of time as the coma state does through a direct kiss, which at Chuunin can only be up to 30 minutes.

Description: This is an effective technique that aims at immobilizing the opponent through the use of vines. After forming several hand-signs, the user will channel Mokuton chakra into the area the vines rapidly spout from, which can be the soil, other plant life, or even the user’s skin. Given the plant biology of the Megami clan, the user is able to apply these vines to their skin, as the vines are able to grow from other plant life given that vines usually have somewhat of a parasitic aspect to them. These vines, which number anywhere between 10-20 for Genin [21-50 for Chuunin and 51-100 for Jounin] shoot out quickly, wrapping around the opponent and constricting with a fair degree of force, though not enough to cut off circulation at Genin. Since these vines remain attached to the location they grow from, they are able to pull back once they have grappled onto something, acting like chains in the ground to hold their target down. It is possible also to combine the Megami aspects to this technique, combining these vines with other plants through genetic manipulation, such as making throne or flowering vines. However, as a plant these vines are susceptible to being cut, or lit on fire like normal plant life is.

Description: This is an effective technique that is based off of the natural properties of the mistletoe plant family. In nature, mistletoe is a parasitic plant that is known for actually killing its host. Furthermore, it is a poisonous plant that causes stomach pain, diarrhea, and low pulse. Both of these traits are incorporated in this technique. After performing several hand-signs, the user will collect Mokuton chakra into their palms, creating a small formation of specialized mistletoe. Once created, the aim of this technique becomes latching the invasive roots of this plant onto the opponent. The roots, combined with Mokuton chakra, are able to infiltrate almost all-organic life, be it a tree or an opponent. Once dug in, the roots will drain the target of chakra and nutrients. If the user maintains contact with this mistletoe they are able to absorb the drained lifeblood. However, it is also possible to throw this plant, again draining the opponent, though feeding the chakra into the plant itself instead of using it as a medium for chakra siphoning. As this plant drains the target of chakra, it also infects the target with the poisonous aspects of the plant, causing stomach pain, low pulse, and potentially diarrhea. To remove the plant is painful, but is possible. If unattached to the user, this plant will cease draining chakra after taking in enough for 2 C-ranked techniques. However, if still attached, then this amount will be drained for every post it remains attached to. However, the great downside to this technique is that the parasite does not discriminate. If after the first post this mistletoe is created it does not latch onto a target, it will turn on the user, if held by the user, and begin to drain the user of chakra. Furthermore, since the user has Mokuton chakra, which the plant will respond better to, it will drain the user of 4 C-ranked techniques per post until removed.

Description: This is an advanced Mokuton technique used to create Hitokugutsu [ | Human Puppets | ] from the bodies of a fallen foe. While the traditional form of this technique is used on opponents who are dead, Akiko has a unique way of preserving her claimed 'pets' alive. This technique, therefore, was designed to be used on a still living subject, and while it can be used on a dead target to do so is to risk the technique becoming less effective. On average, a puppet created from a dead target will most likely result in having less chakra as well as a potential lose of other shinobi skills. For this process, as it is a long ordeal, the user will seclude themselves in order to not risk damage to their puppet as they create it. This technique begins with a string of hand-signs in order to help mold the Mokuton chakra being used to create the designed result. Much like a medical technique, the user's palm will begin to glow with a visible chakra, though instead of having the greenish blue of a healing technique, the palms of the user will emit a low black glow. Beginning at the chest, the press down against the against the body of the target, gripping and shaping the body as though it were a piece of clay to be molded. The veins at the area of contact will begin to turn black and become visible on the skin. What happens here is that the organic mater that composes the body of the target is rapidly petrified and converted into a chakra compressed wood that has exceptional durability and strength. The user must be careful as they mold, proceeding slowly so that the body does not become a solid, and thereby unusable, chunck of wood. Instead, the petrification only goes so deep, and covers so much of an area at once. The end result is that the body of the target, which maintains its humanoid shape and appearance, will also look as though it is made of panels of wood designed perfectly to replace what was once there to give the appearance of the puppet. The guts of the target are removed through liquefaction, being bleed out of the target through the slight openings at the joints that will later be filled. In the case of the bones, structures remain to give an internal sturdiness to the structure. Some puppets may have a metal framework built into them later along with the various gears and weapons that the user can put into these puppets after the initial creation. Special attention is given to the heart and brain of the target, which are not liquified like the other organs. Instead, they are preserved through the plant-based drugs along with special petrification that converses them to more malleable cornerstone pieces within the puppet. These two organs are essential because the brain maintains the techniques the body knew, while the heart acts as the new center of the chakra within the puppet. When over, the puppet will maintain the same chakra its original body held, along with other special traits and abilities. Through the command of the user as these bodies are deployed in battle, the puppet will be able to use all the jutsu that it originally knew. However, it is important to not that this technique, above any other, cases the infectious weed on the back of Akiko to grow nearly the full length of her spin. For this reason, the girl will be unable to create more then one human puppet for ever 2 [IC] weeks, and will be unable to access any of their true wood techniques until this time has passed.

What makes this technique incomplete for a Chuunin, is that the user does not yet possess enough skill in order to act upon more complex skills and developed bodies. What this means is that a Chuunin using this technique can only create effective human puppets out of Genin level opponents. If attempted on a Chuunin target or higher, the body may be converted, but the chakra within it and techniques will be severely lost if not completely removed. Once lost, any damage such as this is lasting and cannot be recovered, so it is wiser to not attempt such a transformation to begin with.

Description: This is a technique that can be used to regain some of the chakra spent in performing Mokuton moves. Since Mokuton manipulation involve the production of plants from the user’s chakra, this technique allows the reverse to occur, allowing the user to reabsorb their creations causing them to wither before disappearing. By forming a single hand-sign and then making contact with the plant they had created the user is able to reabsorb the chakra they spent by 80 percent, meaning that not all the chakra spent is actually regained. It is important to note that this technique only works with plant life the user created, and cannot be used on regular plants, or even the products of other Mokuton users. Furthermore, if the entire plant is not there, such as a portion of it being destroyed by fire or other means, then this further reduces the amount of chakra regained, since if only half of the plant remains then the user only reabsorbs 80 percent of half of the chakra used to create the plant in the first place.

Description: This is a more advanced form of the basic Transformation technique that utilizes actual physical substance in order to cloak the figure of a target. For this technique the user must form several hand-signs while channeling their Mokuton chakra into the area. Normally, this will cause thing beams of wood to rise up and form into the figure of the desired copy target around either the user or a different target. While wood is the strongest substance that can be used here, the cloak maintains a wood like feel to the touch, so while you gain greater protection if discovered, you also become easier to discover if touched, unless the imitated target is in part made of wood already. However, as Akiko is a proficient user of other forms of plant-life, case user other forms of plant-life, such as coating the target receiving this technique in leaves. This would simulate the feel of actual skin, making it a far more believable technique. On average, Akiko usually uses true wood when cloaking herself as someone larger then her. However, when used with her puppets, she usually uses other forms of plants in order to make the puppet look like a human, much like how other Suna-nin use a layer of sand to cloak their puppets.

Description: After performing several hand-signs this technique creates a rapidly expanding coating of chakra enhanced wound around one of the user’s hands. This wood will coat the user’s arm from shoulder to fingertips in a very thick formation that then shoots out with multiple wooden tendrils that can be used to impale the opponent’s or block against incoming attacks. The path of these tendrils are controlled by the user’s chakra until the user releases the chakra within each of the individual tendrils that then harden forming solid wood. The most tendrils that a Chuunin can create at a single time with this technique is 25, each of these tendrils being roughly four inches in diameter with a sharp pointed tip at them. The side of the wood around the arm will expand as needed to support the greater number of tendrils, and while this wood around the arm protects the user, it can easily be removed when the technique is over, the user slipping their hand out of the protective coating. To use this technique with true wood can cause the weed on Akiko's back to grow, and it will continue to grow or each additional post this technique is in use. However, as the Megami excel in non-wood plants, Akiko can also opt to use this technique with the production of thorny rose stems. While this decreases the chakra cost of this technique to a C-rank cost and decreases the risk it runs her, it also decreases the effectiveness of this technique as the rose stems will be only around a half in in diameter and will be weaker in strength.

Description: After performing several hand-signs and sending Mokuton chakra into their surroundings the user will cause a large wooden structure to form out of twisting beams of chakra produced wood. This structure usually forms into the shape of a home, complete with separate rooms, doors, and even furniture composed of wood. The user dictates the shape and arrangement of this home, and a skill user can create a rather large home that can even have multiple stories to it. However, it is also possible to create other wooden formations with this technique, such as a wooden guard-tower or even such a thing as a wooden ship. However, the more complex these structures become, the most skilled the user must be in order to form these structures, and a basic level user can only form simple structures. This technique is extremely taxing on chakra, especially used multiple times in succession, and the use of this technique can cause the infectious weed on Akiko's back to grow.

Description: This is an effective elemental clone creation technique that creates a clone with sustenance through the user of plant life. For this technique, the user will form a single hand-sign, which will result in beams of the plants being used to grow out of the user's body and form into an identical clone of their body. Only a limited number of clones can be created at once, and at Chuunin this limit is set at no more then 5 clones. A Jounin level user could create up to 10. An advantage of this technique is that, unlike shadow clones, the clone does not receive a full half of the user's chakra. However, the limitation here is that the clones are then restricted in what techniques they can use. These clones can perform jutsu, but can only perform Mokuton techniques of B-rank or lower. Once the chakra is depleted from these clones, they will loose their replica image of the user, but the foliage that composed the clone will remain. Akiko can chose to make a clone out of either true wood or other forms of plant life, though using true wood risks growing the infectious weed on her back. Furthermore, the plants create further limitation in the clone, as wood clones can only perform true wood techniques, while using the other facet of the Mokuton element limits the clone to use of non-wood plants.

Description: This is simply a release of Mokuton chakra in order to form plants life out of chakra, but ones not necessarily in the form prescribed by other jutsu. After performing several hand-signs and channeling Mokuton chakra within the target area, either the soil, tree, the user’s own body, or some other legitimate source where the life can spring from, the user can create a multitude of plant life that they can then control through their chakra, bending it to use in grappling constricting, throwing, shielding, or supporting what they choose with this technique. Being that the Megami do not specialize in true wood, they will create a variety of non-wooden plants with this technique, though once these plants are removed from their chakra they begin to simply grow like normal. The user can also use this technique to bend and mold existing plant life, though this is less effective then Organic Puppetry as the movements of the plants are less fluid. However, with this technique the use can form weapons, such as swords, knives, or other simple ones, form plants. At Genin level this technique remains simple, only being able to create a limited amount of plants, which vary in effectiveness depending on the species. However, at Chuunin and Jounin the user’s skill increases with this technique, allowing them to create enough plants to potentially overwhelm their opponents. The user will not be able to perform many techniques with this one active, and in the case of Akiko little more then simple puppetry can be done coherently with this technique. Furthermore, the user will usually have to add a physical aspect to this manipulation, such as holding out their hand in the direct they are controlling their plant life in.

Description: This is a technique that is used in combination with the Organic Puppetry Technique. One its own, if used without a plant-life puppet, all this technique does is allows for the movement of clumps of earth. However, when combined with a plant-based puppet, this technique allows for extenuation of the range of the plant-puppets, which is manipulated through the roots of the plant. For this technique, Doton chakra will be added to chakra strings that are then latched onto the earth around the base of a plant being manipulated. This technique will rip a patch of earth from the ground, keeping the roots of a plant without a moveable 'pot' of soil. This allows for the user to move their plant puppet across the area like a normal puppet would be jerked across the battlefield, while still fluidly manipulating the plant rooted in this earth. However, a disadvantage to this technique is that counts as the use of a single puppet. For instance, if this technique is used alongside two plants being manipulated, it would be as though the user was deploying 4 puppets, two puppets for the plants, and two others for the dirt. While this technique can greatly improve the ability to utilize plants in combat, the user must be aware of their limits.

Description: After performing the boar hand-sign and slamming their palms or feet upon the earth in front of them the user will cause a massive wall of earth to rise to protect them. The wall arises as a square cut out of the earth, the chakra used in this technique quickly ripping through the earth to outline the size and thickness of this wall before the wall rises to stand vertically upon the ground to protect the user. Higher-level users are also able to keep Doton chakra within this wall as a means fortifying it so as to give the wall a greater amount of endurance. Even if this wall is destroyed, it can provide an obstacle between the user and opponent’s that can provide for a good distraction. The typical thickness of this wall is no more then one foot, except for perhaps a Jounin level user who could crease a thicker wall, and the perimeter usually extends to a maximum of three squared meters.

Description: After performing several hand-signs, the use will slam either one or both of their forearms within the ground, causing mud and solid earth to form up around their entire forearm in the shape of a drill. This drill is jagged, and is not only sharp at its tip, but also all around it from the solidified and sharpened earth. Using softened earth in the form of mud, within the interior of the drill, the user will utilize their Doton chakra to rapidly spin the outer, harder surface of the drill, creating a powerful drilling force that can pierce through many materials, usually having to be held with a sustained impact on denser materials such as steel or diamond. However, higher-level users can use this technique again most other obstacles, increasing the velocity of the spin that can even add a deadly effect to this drill, though this can only be done by a skilled user. Akiko, being a puppet master by nature, is able to use this technique with her puppets, performing the hand-signs, but using a chakra string to attach the Doton chakra to a limb of a puppet instead of her own limb. However, using this method slightly increases the chakra cost of the overall technique unless if being used with a prepared seal on the puppet its.

Description: After performing the snake hand-sign, the user will release Doton jutsu in either a specific part of their body, or a much wider area, strengthening their skin with a rock like dexterity and endurance. This will cause the skin in the area infected to become black as a sign of the modification. This technique can protect against blades and most elements, but is weak against Raiton techniques. Not only does this technique give the user excellent endurance, but it also increases the strength in the limbs that it consumes, giving the user a very powerful addition to their taijutsu moves. A Chuunin level user can only perform this technique on roughly a quarter of their body, though a higher-level user could potentially coat more, though doing so would require more charkra obviously. This earthen coat can remain for a brief time after the technique was performed [3 post max], though if it does so the user will be slowed in their movement capabilities.

Description: After performing a string of hand-signs the user will slam their hands upon the ground, causing nearby earth to overturn and capture the opponent within a thick dome of earth. This dome can also be used to surround the user if needed for protection, but this is generally not performed. Once the opponents are captured within the dome the user will place their hands upon the surface of the dome, channeling chakra into the dome. This chakra fortifies the earth of the dome, and it also gives the earth a self-repairing nature, so that if the opponents attempt to damage the wall and not break all the way through then the wall will quickly repair itself. However, the most deadly effect of this trap is that as the user channels chakra into the wall those trapped within the earth dome will be rapidly drain the victims of their chakra, potentially killing them from a complete lack of chakra. The chakra channeled into the wall also prevents such a thing as the Byakugan from seeing beyond the wall, though not from observing the repair speed of the inner side of the wall. If the opponent discovers what side of the wall the user is standing upon they have a chance to escape by attacking the opposite side, where the chakra is weakest. However, if the user does not us this technique to channel chakra through the wall, the move can still be used to simply create a dome of earth, though one that is not enforced by chakra.

By forming a single hand-signs and releasing chakra low to the ground in a waving motion of the arms the user of this technique is able to launch nearby flowers into the air, stiffening the outstretched petals of these flowers to make them hard and sharp like shuriken.

The threads, which are invisible due to being made of chakra, being at the user’s fingers and extend out in a straight path towards the target. As flowing chakra into a Genjutsu infected target can remove an alley from a Genjutsu, these strings could potentially be used to aid a target from afar.

Description: This is a technique that allows the user to utilize puppets to attack from a distance. Using the body’s chakra, the ninja will emit multiple strings of chakra that run form their fingers to the puppet. The puppet itself can be loaded with many weapons and tools, allowing the puppet master to be protected form attacks as they use their puppet in combat rather then themselves. The ranges and number of puppets for this technique are determined through the puppet template. Certain puppets require more chakra stings then others, and a user must maintain constant practice with this technique in order to perform well in battle. A new puppet can sometimes act as shaky to the user that has not had an opportunity to practice with that particular puppet, especially if it is a puppet that the user had not part in the creation of, making it completely foreign to the user.

At Genin level this technique can be used on 10 objects at once. At Chuunin this increases to 20, and at Jounin this technique can be used on 50 objects concurrently.

Description: This technique is used to seal items within objects. By writing a seal with ink or some other liquid, the user will perform several hand-signs before placing their hand upon the desired sealing item, which is placed atop the seal itself. By channeling their chakra though the item and into the seal, the user will lock away that item, which can then be unsealed by channeling chakra into the seal, either through direct contract or the use of chakra strings. This technique is usually used for sealing away small to medium sized items, but the larger or more ample the item, the more chakra it will take to draw it out of the seal. Furthermore, at chuunin and above the user can utilize this technique to seal away jutsu within these seals, allowing them to activate techniques with their puppets in a way that only skilled puppeteers can do. Any of these seals not applied on the spot must be detailed in the equipment section upon the puppet or object they are placed upon. At D-rank this technique can only be used to seal away simple objects around the size of normal kunai or shuriken. This ability to seal items increases at C-rank to include larger objects, with a mass no larger then 3 cubic feet. At B-ranked, this technique can be used to seal away objects that are 6 cubic feet, and can limitedly seal jutsu into puppets so long as the jutsu are C-ranked or below, though the user will still have to play the full chakra cost of the technique to release it on their puppet. At A-ranked this technique can seal objects that are within a 10 cubic foot mass, and can seal more advanced jutsu into puppets. [[Note: At Chuunin level Akiko can only use this technique up to a B-rank.]]

Description: This is an alternate form of summoning that does not require a blood donation, but is not done by simply performing the technique alone. This summoning works with seals written upon scrolls that contain a puppeteer's puppets. The complexity of the seals can vary, as can the number of puppets each scroll contains. If the user is able to craft the seal on small enough scrolls then they need to worry about carrying too large of scrolls with them as a means of easily transporting their puppets. To perform this technique the user needs only to reveal the seal holding their puppet by unrolling the proper scroll and then channel chakra into it, either by direct contact or contract through a chakra string, causing the puppet to be ripped out of the seal with a small puff of summoning smoke.

This technique speeds up cellular regeneration wherever applied on a body, essentially healing the targets wounds. This technique can heal most injuries, even stopping internal bleeding where applied.

However, I did add in the character specialties along with the links I already had up at the top so that all the sections of the template are represented.

When used with Human Puppets this technique becomes even more effective, as voice the puppet portrays will mimic the voice of the person made into a puppet instead of the actual user. One drawback of this technique, however, is that it is a very poor move for use when not in hiding. So long as the seal remains active, the user's voice will not emerge from their own mouth, which can inhibit their ability to communicate with close-by allies and others.

Description: The Idenshigan [Genetic Eye] is a doujutsu that changes the Megami clansmen eye from a normal greenish hazel color to a purple tint. Overall, the sight of the user will not change much, as the eye needs genetic samples in order to map out the genetic information of its targets, these samples being gained from contact with organic life forms. Without such samples, the vision of the user remains unchanged, as is indicated by the black designs in the eye remaining stationary. Once a sample is being gained and analyzed, the triangular design rapidly spins. While analyzing data, however, the user temporarily looses their normal vision, and instead looks upon a string of DNA. Thus, the guard of the Megami is temporarily down when the Idenshigan is in active use.

The Idenshigan is what allows for the Megami to view and interpret genetic information. With this ability, the Megami can literally map out the molecular structures that make up all organisms. To gain the information this doujutsu decipher, the Megami must collect genetic samples, usually achieved through touch, or by the use of Mokuton receptor spores implanted into the target's body. By understanding the genetic code and the sequence of nucleotides within genes, the Megami can perfect their work with plants, and their own abilities in general. However, there are limitations on the number of genetic maps the Megami can carry in their memory at any given time. At Genin level, only 5 genetic maps can be kept within the mind of the Megami. At Chuunin, this increases to 10, and at Jounin, 15. A Kage level Megami could hold up to as many as 25 genetic maps. In the case where the genetic map limitation is reached, the oldest of the maps are instantly forgotten, and thus cannot be utilized in the formation of new plants unless a sample is again collected.

By utilizing the genetic maps they carry with their Idenshigan, the members of the Megami can manipulate their Mokuton abilities at a genetic level in order to create genetically superior life forms at the cost of chakra. These creations usually come off as being types of “mutant” plants, which combine the genetic information from multiple species of plants and other life forms to create unique and deadly formations. As an example of how this ability can be used, if a Megami has had access to both roses and sunflowers, then it would be possible for them to genetically map a new species of sunflower the features rose thorns along its stem. While this is only a simply example, and it is unlikely for such a plant life to be useful, it serves to show how the combination of DNA from multiple life forms can be made to improve simplistic plant life. At a Genin level, the members of the clan can only combine the genetic codes of plants with other plants. However, at a level above Genin, the members of the clan can grow into their plants limited qualities of animalistic DNA depending on the genetic samples they are able to obtain. Human qualities, being an advanced form of animals, can only be meddled with by a Jounin or higher.

Description: This is a simple manipulation to stored genetic maps that result in larger plants being grown. To perform this technique, the Megami clansmen will activate their Idenshigan, temporarily cutting off their normal form of sight, and form the 'Snake' hand-sign. The result is a genetic map that can be use to grow a plant larger then the plant the original sample was obtained from, though obviously, the larger the plan that is grown, the more Mokuton natured chakra will be consumed. At Genin level, this technique can be used at max extent to grow a plant 5 times its normal scale, provided that the plant does not already exceed 1 cubic feet in mass. At Chuunin, the user can increase a plant up to 10 times its normal size, with the same limitation of 1 cubic foot worth of preexisting mass. At Jounin, the scale can increase 1 cubic foot to 15 times its normal size. If anything larger then a cubic foot is manipulated, the cost of chakra just for manipulating the map, and not even growing the plant, will be that of an A-ranked technique, becoming exhausting to the user.

Description: This technique is used to combine genetic maps in order to create the DNA codes of new species. To use this technique, the Megami will activate their Idenshigan, which will temporarily cut off their normal line of sight, and form the 'Ox' hand-sign. Concentration is needed for this technique, and if not appropriately given, the desired result will not be achieved, and instead the plant grown from the map will most likely be a dud. However, if fully focused, the Megami will be able to extract the genes of specific traits and combine them into a new source code of plant-life. The variety of life that can result depends on the samples the Megami has been able to collect, and the number of genetic map slots their Idenshigan holds. Furthermore, at Genin, the technique can only be used on plant DNA. Chuunin can begin to incorporated limited animalistic traits, and skilled Jounin can attempt at the incorporation of humanistic genetics. This technique destroys the genetic maps used to create the new species. Furthermore, each new species created comes with something of a genetic signature unique to the Megami creating it. This allows for other members of the Megami to identify the plant as being artificially created, instead of the result of natural evolution. What is further, any plant featuring this signature cannot be assimilated into future splices, meaning that the clansmen cannot combine plants into a new species, and then combine that new species into a second new species.

Description: This is the ability of the Megami clan granted through their Ki no Chishiki [ | Tree of Knowledge | ] ability, which uses understanding of the genetic codes to modify aspects of their own body in order to respond to several situations. This immunity is towards poisons the Megami may encounter. In the cases where the Megami are faced with an organically created poison, a poison based off of organic materials, the clansmen my form a degree of immunity towards the poison through the genetic understanding of both the poison itself, and their own genetic code. By taking up two of their genetic map slots, one for the poison and the other of their own DNA signature, the Megami can produce within their own body antibodies to respond to the poisonous threat and save them form the negative effects of the toxin. This technique requires the use of a single hand-sign, and two genetic slots. Genin can use this technique for protection against poisons up to C-rank. Chuunin gain protection from B-ranked poisons. Finally, Jounin can protect against A-ranked poisons. The genetic slot being used to understand the poison's make-up become temporarily locked throughout its use against the poison. This means that if the Megami are defending against a poison that takes 6 turns to work its way out of the system, they will be down on genetic slot for that time frame. This also serves to limit the number of poisons they can defend against, as if all but one slot is used up, as one slot must always be used on their own genetics, the Megami canot defend against any further poisons, making it possible for the opponent to win by overwhelming the Megami's immunity with multiple poisons

Description: This technique can only be performed but a Chuunin level user or higher. This technique follows along the lines of genetic splicing. However, instead of combining the traits of two or more plants into a new species, this technique allows for the Megami to combine the traits of a plant with their own plant genetics, as the Megami are genetic hybrids between plants and animals. There is a limitation in that only a single plant species can be used in combination with their own body at any given time. Furthermore, this species cannot be from a spliced plant of the Megami. By activating the Idenshigan, and temporarily cutting off their normal line of sight, the clansmen will form a string of hand-signs that will cause a genetic trait from a single stored genetic map to incorporate itself into their body, usually through the skin. This trait could be almost anything, be it creating a genetic armor from coating the Megami in rose thorns, to giving them temporary resistance to fire like the venus flytrap, or resistance to cold like tundra lichens. However, regardless of affect, the technique last for a maximum of 4 posts for a Chuunin, and 6 for a Jounin. This technique can only be used once per thread.

Description: This is a specialized technique the Megami have learned in order to conserve their Mokuton chakra by replacing a great deal of Mokuton chakra in their creation with this more supplementary chakra. While it is altogether possible to create plants that burst forth from the ground and move in such ways to entangle and ensnare the user’s opponents, such actions of advanced mobile plants use up more Mokuton chakra then simple creating a large plant. Thusly, to converse chakra, the Megami have learned to manipulate the motion of their plant life creations with puppetry, using the motion of specialized chakra strings in order to give plants motion. By combining regular chakra strings with a small yet even amount of Mokuton chakra, the user of this technique can integrate these strings through the roots of their plant creations and along the length of the plants to be able to use the plants as through they were puppets. However, the downside to this technique is that being a plant, these creations are limited in the mobility range, for they cannot uproot themselves from the ground, whereas normal puppets have no such connection to the earth. The ranges for this technique are determined by rank as specified by the puppet template. The Megami can normally only muster the manipulation of malleable plants, though a Megami that has gained abilities in true wood, represented by knowing a minimum of 5 true wood techniques, can use this with more sturdy bark-coated plants. [As this is one of the corner stones in the clan, a skill in puppetry is not needed to learn this technique. However, the user must possess the Mokuton element.]

Description: This technique functions similar to the Organic Puppetry Technique in that it is performed with plants. However, the technique itself is designed to act upon the wood of puppets. Furthermore, the technique, unlike traditional puppetry, does not use chakra strings to manipulate puppets, but instead has the same natural flow to it as Organic Puppetry, which connects strings to the roots of a plant in order to bend the entire form of the plant fluently as opposed to the somewhat more jarred movements. This technique can only be performed by a Chuunin level user, as well as a user who has gained a reasonable level of mastery over true wood techniques [at least 5 techniques] as this technique is most commonly used with normal puppets, which are composed of wood. If, for whatever reason, the puppet is not composed of wood, this technique will have no effect. Instead of connecting strings to the puppet, the user must maintain constant contact with the desired puppet so that they may channel Mokuton chakra into the target puppet. While the chakra cost of this kind of control will be higher then normal puppetry, this allows for the user to manipulate the puppet fluently without their fingers. However, if contact is ever lost with the puppet, the technique will automatically lose all effects. Only one puppet can be controlled like this at a time, as the user cannot break contact with the puppet. However, other puppets can still be manipulated, though the not as many as if the user were using just the normal puppet master technique.

Description: This is a Mokuton technique used in conjunction to the genetic maps stored within the mind of the Megami clansmen, and can only be performed when the Idenshigan is active in the eyes of the Megami. After performing several hand-signs, the Megami will create from their Mokuton chakra the plant that their genetic map permits for. In the cases were no genetic modification has been performed on the geneitic map, this plant will be an exact replica of the plant their genetic sample has been taken from. However, in the cases where the genetic map has first been modified, this technique uses chakra to create the modified plant. Since the Megami do not specialize in true wood creation, in order for them to copy such a plant as a tree, or other bark bearing plant, they must first undergo training with a Mokuton use that can produce such bark-like structures and learn a minimum of 5 true wood techniques. This technique can also be used to create the desired plant in a seed form at the cost of far less chakra. However, for that seed to be grown quickly to full size Mokuton chakra must be channeled into it, so wither this technique is used to create a seed or a true plant, the chakra cost is about the same, unless if the seed is simply being grown as a normal plant over a long period of time. In producing a perfectly normal plant that is small in size this technique requires very little chakra, and high-level uses that are highly skilled with Mokuton can almost have this active as a passive trait to produce harmless plants, such as regular flows, at their feet as they walk.

Description: This is a versatile technique, and if done with a high enough level requires no hand-signs to perform. By gathering Mokuton chakra into a part of the body, usually the palm of the hands, the user is able to create an abundance of pollen like spores that are so light they are carried upon the natural breezes of wind, or can even simply be blown off the user’s body with breath. The use is able to maintain some control over the direction of these spores with their Mokuton chakra so long as they are kept close to their body. However, the aim of this technique is to spread these spores across a wide area in order to ensure them being inhaled by the opponent. The effects of the spores depends on what spores were formed with this move, but the chakra coast of each type of spores is relatively the same. The types of spores that can be created largely depends on the user, though through the use of the Idenshigan the user can develop new lasting spore types depending on their level of Mokuton manipulation and practice with the genetic codes of the plants they develop these spores from. At a Genin level this technique as an obvious downside in that the spores are created in such a way that they appear as visible colored clouds, allowing the opponent to clearly see where the spores are. However, at a higher level these spores can be made so refined that they are invisible to the eye. The Megami cannot create many spore types from memory alone, so this technique is usually used in combination with poisonous seeds as a delivery mechanism for poisons [approved through equipment].
    --Receptor Spores: These are specialized spores used in combination with the Megami’s Idenshigan. Once inhaled by the opponent these spores tiny integrate their way into the opponent’s bloodstream through the lungs, and once inside they spread throughout the entire body of the opponent. The effects of these spores cannot be felt, but the Megami can understand them with their doujutsu abilities. These spores enhance the level of genetic understanding for the Megami and transmit back to the Idenshigan information they gather on the opponent. This information varies depending on the target, but as a cursory level the Megami will be able to understand such things as the chakra nature of their opponent, the physical characteristics of the target as shown through their DNA, along with conditions that can be changed within the target over times such a blood sugar levels, body fat percentage, and other information that could prove extremely useful when undergoing a case study of the target such as for medical repots. These spores help with the understanding of diseases as well as potentially unlocking cures that could be created through natural solutions. Furthermore, these spores enhance the Idenshigan to the point where the Megami clansmen can bridge the gap in some cases between bloodlines, potentially allowing them to draw form other bloodlines in learning techniques, such as learning the techniques of other Mokuton using clans.

    --Aphrodisiac Spores: These are specialized spores that were created and learned through research with the herbs Arugula, Damiana, and Epimedium grandiflorum, all of which are known for possessing qualities of an aphrodisiac. Through genetically combining these three plants and learning to call upon this combination, specialized aphrodisiac spores can be produced that stimulate the target into an almost hypnotic state of sexual attraction. Naturally, this ability can only be used on those of the opposite sex, however these spores are potent enough to potentially allow for the escape from several situations that otherwise could have resulted in a fight. Mostly, these spores are just used in combination with Akiko’s qualities of a seductress in order to play upon the tendencies of weak-minded men.

Description: This is an effective technique that aims at immobilizing the opponent through the use of vines. After forming several hand-signs, the user will channel Mokuton chakra into the area the vines rapidly spout from, which can be the soil, other plant life, or even the user’s skin. Given the plant biology of the Megami clan, the user is able to apply these vines to their skin, as the vines are able to grow from other plant life given that vines usually have somewhat of a parasitic aspect to them. These vines, which number anywhere between 10-20 for Genin [21-50 for Chuunin and 51-100 for Jounin] shoot out quickly, wrapping around the opponent and constricting with a fair degree of force, though not enough to cut off circulation at Genin. Since these vines remain attached to the location they grow from, they are able to pull back once they have grappled onto something, acting like chains in the ground to hold their target down. It is possible also to combine the Megami aspects to this technique, combining these vines with other plants through genetic manipulation, such as making throne or flowering vines. However, as a plant these vines are susceptible to being cut, or lit on fire like normal plant life is.

Description: This is an effective technique that is based off of the natural properties of the mistletoe plant family. In nature, mistletoe is a parasitic plant that is known for actually killing its host. Furthermore, it is a poisonous plant that causes stomach pain, diarrhea, and low pulse. Both of these traits are incorporated in this technique. After performing several hand-signs, the user will collect Mokuton chakra into their palms, creating a small formation of specialized mistletoe. Once created, the aim of this technique becomes latching the invasive roots of this plant onto the opponent. The roots, combined with Mokuton chakra, are able to infiltrate almost all-organic life, be it a tree or an opponent. Once dug in, the roots will drain the target of chakra and nutrients. If the user maintains contact with this mistletoe they are able to absorb the drained lifeblood. However, it is also possible to throw this plant, again draining the opponent, though feeding the chakra into the plant itself instead of using it as a medium for chakra siphoning. As this plant drains the target of chakra, it also infects the target with the poisonous aspects of the plant, causing stomach pain, low pulse, and potentially diarrhea. To remove the plant is painful, but is possible. If unattached to the user, this plant will cease draining chakra after taking in enough for 2 C-ranked techniques. However, if still attached, then this amount will be drained for every post it remains attached to. However, the great downside to this technique is that the parasite does not discriminate. If after the first post this mistletoe is created it does not latch onto a target, it will turn on the user, if held by the user, and begin to drain the user of chakra. Furthermore, since the user has Mokuton chakra, which the plant will respond better to, it will drain the user of 4 C-ranked techniques per post until removed.

Description: This technique does not actually result in death as the name suggests, through it does involve a kiss in order to obtain the full effects of the technique. This technique is a means of transmitting plant-based poisons. For it, the Akiko make a quick hand-signs, and then proceed to make physical contact with the target. The technique can be used to transmit any number of Akiko's poisons, which she carries in the form of poisonous seeds. However, for this, she will first have to collect the genetic sample from the seed, which is done using the Idenshigan. However, Akiko is a strong enough Megami where she has gained limited use of this technique without first acquiring a genetic sample, though the use of Poison Immunity must be implemented for this not to infect herself. In this cause, the effects of the technique function with the genetic signatures of Ivy leaves, Lamurnum seeds, and Larkspur seeds, all of which carry with them affects that can induece comas and bodily paralysis. By transmitting a concentrated dose of this toxin through contact, Akiko can place her opponent in a coma-like state, in which they are unable to move their body, but are still conscious aware of what is going on around them. If inflicted through normal touch, the effects last only on a localized level, such as using a shoulder to paralyze an arm. Furthermore, if used like this, the effects last only a single post. If still used to target a localized area, but instead delivered through a kiss, these localized effects will last for a total of 2 posts. Finally, if a direct lip-to-lip kiss is achieved, unlikely on a field of battle though it may be, full body paralysis will be achieved that remains for 3 posts. However, Akiko can deactivate this paralysis by giving the victim a second kiss, in which she extracts her poison.

Description: This is an advanced Mokuton technique used to create Hitokugutsu [Human Puppets] from the bodies of a fallen foe. While the traditional form of this technique is used on opponents who are dead, Akiko has a unique way of preserving her claimed 'pets' alive. This technique, therefore, was designed to be used on a still living subject, and while it can be used on a dead target to do so is to risk the technique becoming less effective. On average, a puppet created from a dead target will most likely result in having less chakra as well as a potential lose of other shinobi skills. For this process, as it is a long ordeal, the user will seclude themselves in order to not risk damage to their puppet as they create it. This technique begins with a string of hand-signs in order to help mold the Mokuton chakra being used to create the designed result. Much like a medical technique, the user's palm will begin to glow with a visible chakra, though instead of having the greenish blue of a healing technique, the palms of the user will emit a low black glow. Beginning at the chest, the press down against the against the body of the target, gripping and shaping the body as though it were a piece of clay to be molded. The veins at the area of contact will begin to turn black and become visible on the skin. What happens here is that the organic mater that composes the body of the target is rapidly petrified and converted into a chakra compressed wood that has exceptional durability and strength. The user must be careful as they mold, proceeding slowly so that the body does not become a solid, and thereby unusable, chunck of wood. Instead, the petrification only goes so deep, and covers so much of an area at once. The end result is that the body of the target, which maintains its humanoid shape and appearance, will also look as though it is made of panels of wood designed perfectly to replace what was once there to give the appearance of the puppet. The guts of the target are removed through liquefaction, being bleed out of the target through the slight openings at the joints that will later be filled. In the case of the bones, structures remain to give an internal sturdiness to the structure. Some puppets may have a metal framework built into them later along with the various gears and weapons that the user can put into these puppets after the initial creation. Special attention is given to the heart and brain of the target, which are not liquified like the other organs. Instead, they are preserved through the plant-based drugs along with special petrification that converses them to more malleable cornerstone pieces within the puppet. These two organs are essential because the brain maintains the techniques the body knew, while the heart acts as the new center of the chakra within the puppet. When over, the puppet will maintain the same chakra its original body held, along with other special traits and abilities. Through the command of the user as these bodies are deployed in battle, the puppet will be able to use all the jutsu that it originally knew. However, it is important to not that this technique, above any other, cases the infectious weed on the back of Akiko to grow nearly the full length of her spin. For this reason, the girl will be unable to create more then one human puppet for ever 2 [IC] weeks, and will be unable to access any of their true wood techniques until this time has passed.

What makes this technique incomplete for a Chuunin, is that the user does not yet possess enough skill in order to act upon more complex skills and developed bodies. What this means is that a Chuunin using this technique can only create effective human puppets out of Genin level opponents. If attempted on a Chuunin target or higher, the body may be converted, but the chakra within it and techniques will be severely lost if not completely removed. Once lost, any damage such as this is lasting and cannot be recovered, so it is wiser to not attempt such a transformation to begin with.

Description: This is a technique that can be used to regain some of the chakra spent in performing Mokuton moves. Since Mokuton manipulation involve the production of plants from the user’s chakra, this technique allows the reverse to occur, allowing the user to reabsorb their creations causing them to wither before disappearing. By forming a single hand-sign and then making contact with the plant they had created the user is able to reabsorb the chakra they spent by 80 percent, meaning that not all the chakra spent is actually regained. It is important to note that this technique only works with plant life the user created, and cannot be used on regular plants, or even the products of other Mokuton users. Furthermore, if the entire plant is not there, such as a portion of it being destroyed by fire or other means, then this further reduces the amount of chakra regained, since if only half of the plant remains then the user only reabsorbs 80 percent of half of the chakra used to create the plant in the first place.

Description: This is a more advanced form of the basic Transformation technique that utilizes actual physical substance in order to cloak the figure of a target. For this technique the user must form several hand-signs while channeling their Mokuton chakra into the area. Normally, this will cause thing beams of wood to rise up and form into the figure of the desired copy target around either the user or a different target. While wood is the strongest substance that can be used here, the cloak maintains a wood like feel to the touch, so while you gain greater protection if discovered, you also become easier to discover if touched, unless the imitated target is in part made of wood already. However, as Akiko is a proficient user of other forms of plant-life allowing her more variety with this technique, such as coating the target receiving this technique in leaves. This would simulate the feel of actual skin, making it a far more believable technique. On average, Akiko usually uses true wood when cloaking herself as someone larger then her. However, when used with her puppets, she usually uses other forms of plants in order to make the puppet look like a human, much like how other Suna-nin use a layer of sand to cloak their puppets.

Description: After performing several hand-signs this technique creates a rapidly expanding coating of chakra enhanced wood around one of the user’s hands. This wood will coat the user’s arm from shoulder to fingertips in a very thick formation that then shoots out with multiple wooden tendrils that can be used to impale the opponent’s or block against incoming attacks. The path of these tendrils are controlled by the user’s chakra until the user releases the chakra within each of the individual tendrils that then harden forming solid wood. The most tendrils that a Chuunin can create at a single time with this technique is 25, each of these tendrils being roughly four inches in diameter with a sharp pointed tip at them. The size of the wood around the arm will expand as needed to support the greater number of tendrils, and while this wood around the arm protects the user, it can easily be removed when the technique is over, the user slipping their hand out of the protective coating. To use this technique with true wood can cause the weed on Akiko's back to grow, and it will continue to grow or each additional post this technique is in use. However, as the Megami excel in non-wood plants, Akiko can also opt to use this technique with the production of thorny rose stems. While this decreases the chakra cost of this technique to a C-rank cost and decreases the risk it runs her, it also decreases the effectiveness of this technique as the rose stems will be only around a half in in diameter and will be weaker in strength.

Description: After performing several hand-signs and sending Mokuton chakra into their surroundings the user will cause a large wooden structure to form out of twisting beams of chakra produced wood. This structure usually forms into the shape of a home, complete with separate rooms, doors, and even furniture composed of wood. The user dictates the shape and arrangement of this home, and a skill user can create a rather large home that can even have multiple stories to it. However, it is also possible to create other wooden formations with this technique, such as a wooden guard-tower or even such a thing as a wooden ship. However, the more complex these structures become, the most skilled the user must be in order to form these structures, and a basic level user can only form simple structures. This technique is extremely taxing on chakra, especially used multiple times in succession, and the use of this technique can cause the infectious weed on Akiko's back to grow.

Description: This is an effective elemental clone creation technique that creates a clone with sustenance through the user of plant life. For this technique, the user will form a single hand-sign, which will result in beams of the plants being used to grow out of the user's body and form into an identical clone of their body. Only a limited number of clones can be created at once, and at Chuunin this limit is set at no more then 5 clones. A Jounin level user could create up to 10. An advantage of this technique is that, unlike shadow clones, the clone does not receive a full half of the user's chakra. However, the limitation here is that the clones are then restricted in what techniques they can use. These clones can perform jutsu, but can only perform Mokuton techniques of B-rank or lower. Once the chakra is depleted from these clones, they will loose their replica image of the user, but the foliage that composed the clone will remain. Akiko can chose to make a clone out of either true wood or other forms of plant life, though using true wood risks growing the infectious weed on her back. Furthermore, the plants create further limitation in the clone, as wood clones can only perform true wood techniques, while using the other facet of the Mokuton element limits the clone to use of non-wood plants.

Description: This is simply a release of Mokuton chakra in order to form plants life out of chakra, but ones not necessarily in the form prescribed by other jutsu. After performing several hand-signs and channeling Mokuton chakra within the target area, either the soil, tree, the user’s own body, or some other legitimate source where the life can spring from, the user can create a multitude of plant life that they can then control through their chakra, bending it to use in grappling constricting, throwing, shielding, or supporting what they choose with this technique. Being that the Megami do not specialize in true wood, they will create a variety of non-wooden plants with this technique, though once these plants are removed from their chakra they begin to simply grow like normal. The user can also use this technique to bend and mold existing plant life, though this is less effective then Organic Puppetry as the movements of the plants are less fluid. However, with this technique the use can form weapons, such as swords, knives, or other simple ones, form plants. At Genin level this technique remains simple, only being able to create a limited amount of plants, which vary in effectiveness depending on the species. However, at Chuunin and Jounin the user’s skill increases with this technique, allowing them to create enough plants to potentially overwhelm their opponents. The user will not be able to perform many techniques with this one active, and in the case of Akiko little more then simple puppetry can be done coherently with this technique. Furthermore, the user will usually have to add a physical aspect to this manipulation, such as holding out their hand in the direct they are controlling their plant life in.

Description: This is a technique that is used in combination with the Organic Puppetry Technique. One its own, if used without a plant-life puppet, all this technique does is allows for the movement of clumps of earth. However, when combined with a plant-based puppet, this technique allows for extenuation of the range of the plant-puppets, which is manipulated through the roots of the plant. For this technique, Doton chakra will be added to chakra strings that are then latched onto the earth around the base of a plant being manipulated. This technique will rip a patch of earth from the ground, keeping the roots of a plant without a moveable 'pot' of soil. This allows for the user to move their plant puppet across the area like a normal puppet would be jerked across the battlefield, while still fluidly manipulating the plant rooted in this earth. However, a disadvantage to this technique is that counts as the use of a single puppet. For instance, if this technique is used alongside two plants being manipulated, it would be as though the user was deploying 4 puppets, two puppets for the plants, and two others for the dirt. While this technique can greatly improve the ability to utilize plants in combat, the user must be aware of their limits. If used without Organic Puppetry, this is an effective means of chucking clumps of earth at the opponent, or moving boulders.

Description: This is a technique that requires a skill in puppetry. For this technique, the user will generate chakra strings from their fingers, though these strings will be laced with Doton natured chakra, allowing for them to act upon earth similar to how the Organic Puppetry Technique can act upon plants for the Megami. This technique requires existing earth to be in the area, and will cause this turf to rise into a large shape, usually humanoid in appearance. At its tallest, the shape can be comparable with a 7 foot, 300 pound human. The shape will be a composite of earth, and will move with the user's fingers guiding its actions, essentially making it into a puppet of earth. The puppet can launch pebbles off of its body at a high speeds to injure like senbon or shuriken, and its extremities can be moulded into jagged earth formations, such as spearheads or cleavers. However, these golems of earth are susceptible to lightning based techniques, and one good lightning strike can cause the creation to revert to a pile of dirt. While using this technique, the golem is considered a B-ranked puppet, limiting the number that can be used in relation to the rules of puppetry.

Description: After performing the snake hand-sign, the user will release Doton jutsu in either a specific part of their body, or a much wider area, strengthening their skin with a rock like dexterity and endurance. This will cause the skin in the area infected to become black as a sign of the modification. This technique can protect against blades and most elements, but is weak against Raiton techniques. Not only does this technique give the user excellent endurance, but it also increases the strength in the limbs that it consumes, giving the user a very powerful addition to their taijutsu moves. A Chuunin level user can only perform this technique on roughly a quarter of their body, though a higher-level user could potentially coat more, though doing so would require more charkra obviously. This earthen coat can remain for a brief time after the technique was performed [3 post max], though if it does so the user will be slowed in their movement capabilities.

Description: This is a technique that utilizes already existing flowers in the area to attack. However, it is important to note that since no new flowers are created, and since this technique is done using regular chakra, this technique is not actually the result of any type of wood release. By forming a single hand-signs and releasing chakra low to the ground in a waving motion of the arms the user of this technique is able to launch nearby flowers into the air, stiffening the outstretched petals of these flowers to make them hard and sharp like shuriken.

Description: This technique uses the same principal of the Puppetry technique, through it is not used to control of lifeless puppet. Instead, this technique just creates a few chakra threads at the tip of the user’s fingers that can be used for varies purposes such as latching onto a small object an yanking it towards the user. The threads, which are invisible due to being made of chakra, being at the user’s fingers and extend out in a straight path towards the target. As flowing chakra into a Genjutsu infected target can remove an alley from a Genjutsu, these strings could potentially be used to aid a target from afar.

Description: This is a technique that allows the user to utilize puppets to attack from a distance. Using the body’s chakra, the ninja will emit multiple strings of chakra that run form their fingers to the puppet. The puppet itself can be loaded with many weapons and tools, allowing the puppet master to be protected form attacks as they use their puppet in combat rather then themselves. The ranges and number of puppets for this technique are determined through the puppet template. Certain puppets require more chakra stings then others, and a user must maintain constant practice with this technique in order to perform well in battle. A new puppet can sometimes act as shaky to the user that has not had an opportunity to practice with that particular puppet, especially if it is a puppet that the user had not part in the creation of, making it completely foreign to the user.

Description: This technique allows the user to hover multiple small objects, usually kunai, in the air while they prepare an attack. Once set, the user will unleash these kunai all at once, allowing for a torrent of kunai to be launched at once, much faster then if each blade had been thrown individually. This technique is usually done with the user of chakra strings being drawn between the user and the weapons in use, though channeling chakra into a regular string that then has kunai threaded onto it can also allow the user to perform this technique. At Genin level this technique can be used on 10 objects at once. At Chuunin this increases to 20, and at Jounin this technique can be used on 50 objects concurrently.

Description: This technique is used to seal items within objects. By writing a seal with ink or some other liquid, the user will perform several hand-signs before placing their hand upon the desired sealing item, which is placed atop the seal itself. By channeling their chakra though the item and into the seal, the user will lock away that item, which can then be unsealed by channeling chakra into the seal, either through direct contract or the use of chakra strings. This technique is usually used for sealing away small to medium sized items, but the larger or more ample the item, the more chakra it will take to draw it out of the seal. Furthermore, at chuunin and above the user can utilize this technique to seal away jutsu within these seals, allowing them to activate techniques with their puppets in a way that only skilled puppeteers can do. Any of these seals not applied on the spot must be detailed in the equipment section upon the puppet or object they are placed upon. At D-rank this technique can only be used to seal away simple objects around the size of normal kunai or shuriken. This ability to seal items increases at C-rank to include larger objects, with a mass no larger then 3 cubic feet. At B-ranked, this technique can be used to seal away objects that are 6 cubic feet, and can limitedly seal jutsu into puppets so long as the jutsu are C-ranked or below, though the user will still have to play the full chakra cost of the technique to release it on their puppet. At A-ranked this technique can seal objects that are within a 10 cubic foot mass, and can seal more advanced jutsu into puppets. [[Note: At Chuunin level Akiko can only use this technique up to a B-rank.]]

Description: This is a special Fuuinjutsu that is designed for the supplementary use with puppets. For this seal the user will have to make two marks, one located on the puppet they are using this with, and the other located on their own body. For the puppet, the seal, which is not very large at all, is usually written within the mouth of the puppet. If the puppet is not designed with a functioning mouth, as many may be, the seal can be written anywhere else desired. However, the reason why it is usually the mouth this is used with is because of the extra illusion this style of performance gives, as the Fuuinjutsu will be will hidden, and it can literally be seen as the puppet speaking for itself given the point of origin of the seal, which contains the Kanji for "Take". The second seal is written on the throat of the user, and will contain the Kanji for "Give". Once the two marks are made the seal is activated through a single hand-sign, and can be de-activated by the same method, or if either of the two seals is damaged. This seal allows for the user to project their voice through it. When speaking, their voice will emerge from the placement of the seal located on their puppet. This makes the move extremely effective for a hidden puppeteer, as they can still speak without given away their hidden position. When used with Human Puppets this technique becomes even more effective, as voice the puppet portrays will mimic the voice of the person made into a puppet instead of the actual user. One drawback of this technique, however, is that it is a very poor move for use when not in hiding. So long as the seal remains active, the user's voice will not emerge from their own mouth, which can inhibit their ability to communicate with close-by allies and others.

Description: This is an alternate form of summoning that does not require a blood donation, but is not done by simply performing the technique alone. This summoning works with seals written upon scrolls that contain a puppeteer's puppets. The complexity of the seals can vary, as can the number of puppets each scroll contains. If the user is able to craft the seal on small enough scrolls then they need to worry about carrying too large of scrolls with them as a means of easily transporting their puppets. To perform this technique the user needs only to reveal the seal holding their puppet by unrolling the proper scroll and then channel chakra into it, either by direct contact or contract through a chakra string, causing the puppet to be ripped out of the seal with a small puff of summoning smoke.

Description: The performance of this technique is very reminiscent of the Great Fireball technique learned by many Katon wielders, though with a much more prickly affect. After performing several hand-signs and collecting Mokuton natured chakra into their lungs, the user will cup their fist over their mouth to direct the ensuing attack. With a powerful exhale, the user will cause a grapeshot spray of sharp wooden splinters to shout out in a conical shape from their mouth, affecting a wide area in front of them. The splinters shout out like a mass explosion of senbon needles, and can pierce into their opponents with the same effectiveness, embedding themselves in the skin of the opponent to cause a great deal of pain. This technique is most effective against bare skin, though can also embed into a standard flak jacket, though not making it through the garb into the opponent. Besides the initial pain and bloodshed, the splinters continue to hurt when left in, hindering movement. Furthermore, since they are not slick metal, removal of the splinters can leave barbs of wood behind, which increase the chances of infection on a wounded opponent, though not beyond what an amateur medic could treat if given the time. If coupled with a poison seed which would have to be placed into the mouth of the user, the technique can be a means of delivering the toxin to any opponent struck by the spray.

Updated for Jounin.

It would honestly be easier to list out what jutsu didn't change at all, but even among those I went through and corrected a lot of spelling and grammar because as I turns out I never learned to write (actually I just hate proofreading since I usually end up wanting to change everything when I do).

All the Megami techniques have been changed to reflect any changes made in the general clan techniques page. I've thrown out some techniques that just didn't seam to fit her much anymore, and expanded her pre-existing elements while not getting too brazen with Suiton yet since it's still fresh. Similarly the medical techniques were kept down to a basic, and the only real new thing for puppetry is the A-rank move, though I did remove the potential to make A-rank seals on her puppets considering that she lacks a Fuuinjutsu specialty.

Anything else can wait for later until I get some more threads under her belt.
